I ordered online for pickup at Naples, FL Airport Rd store.  An AC unit, model LW1812HR.  It was picked up and when unboxed it was an LW1813HR - 4 inches too wide (30" instead of 26").  When brought back to the store, they would not exchange!  Claim had right, I checked my order, it was not right, they would only refund.  Please tell me why I could not exchange the wrong AC you gave me for the right one? 
The response I got back was a canned one:

They're always good. They just have to. They're very helpful and pretty well-stocked. I have nothing but good to say about them.

Not well. GREAT service unil my check cleared. Several problems including my cabinets melting when we cleaned the oven. It is now Jan. and still not complete ! Just got a call "must reschedule". After the check learns, you can expect a "different" level of customer service. BEWARE!

UPDATE: It is now one year later (8/2013) and my laminate is melting and peeling AGAIN.  We even open the doors and drawers around the range when we cook.  I contacted Home Depot today and was told that my "Labor Warranty" has expired.  I am anticipating legal action.

Purchased Admiral Dryer from Home  Depot - it's JUNK.  Sounded like a rock tumbler since day 1, 4 techs later & stills sounds like a rock tumbler.

Asked for help finding items. Was escorted to correct aisle.

Perfect. They showed up on time, completed the job as scheduled and everything was completed as proposed and the entire work area was cleaned up.

I also had several follow up calls from Home Depot to be sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

A great Job and easy to deal with. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

everything was done very professionaly. the only problem was the scheduling of the install. delayed several times

They subcontracted out the work and the company they had come out was excellent. They really took care of everything and did a great job.
