Window Service, Gutter Repair and Replacement
Yes, I recommend this pro
They used some subcontractors, too. I don't remember what they did good, but they had a little bit of issues with the window guys. They had to come back a couple of times. I feel bad because of didn't subcontractors, but the window guys I recall having a little bit of issues with. I would use them again if they were having a good sale.

I have had some issues with them. It's Home Depot so everyone has issues with them at one time to another. This particular time, they had the product and were willing to deliver it in a prompt amount of time. The cost of the product is fair, but the cost of the delivery is ridiculous. They are unfair on their delivery service.  They offer delivery, in this particular case a refrigerator, and they wanted to drop it off in front of the garage door. It would then be up to me to get it into the house and uncrate it and everything. So after arguing with them, they finally brought it into the house, uncrating it, and moving it.

After a couple of months during installation for wrong sized windows and the inspector not liking the way the subcontractors had screwed in the windows, I finally had new windows and doors. Just before 2 years of being in, one of the sliding glass doors had a permanent fog.  After a month or so going back and forth with Home Depot, I finally got a new door ordered. Well, then the lock didn't work.  After coming out to repair it, it still didn't line up properly but at least it locked.  Then last summer, I noticed the all of the hinges on my front door were rusted.  This was one of the questions asked when I bought the doors since I live in sub-tropical Florida.  I called Home Depot - "No problem, that should never have happened. It's under warranty." Three months go by because they can't find the right hinges to put on the door.  Well, 10 months later I noticed the top of the door catching on the door jam and the outer casing is being pulled off.  When examined closely, the door was rehung crooked so it was catching.  I have been calling Home Depot since July.  I finally got an answer today that I have to buy a new door.  No one will cover it for me.  Its not the manufacturer's fault, who only has a 2 year warranty.  And according to Home Depot, it isn't their fault although they warranty craftmanship and their installation services.  And for some reason the hinges were covered last year 3 years after installation, but the door isn't less than a year being hung wrong.  Make sure to read the fine print - Home Depot says everything is warrantied and covered.  I found on one paper out of the 30 that I have, where it states that "Limited Lifetime Warranty" means one year.  If you want to buy the product from Home Depot, I think the quality was ok.  But use Angie's List to find yourself an installer if you can't do it yourself!
