Job well done!! Honest and responsive. During covid, shingles/color for the ones I wanted, are hard to find. Norm drove to Tampa to pick up the color I wanted. I don't think many, if any roofers would do that. After the roof was one, I had a wind mitigation inspection done and the inspector said the job was impeccable!!! Glad I used Norm, I recommend him highly.

Norman was here within 24 hours of request. He looked at the roof and found that there was 2 shingles that needed to be replaced. He provided a Certification and pictures for the Homeowners Insurance Co that the roof had over 10 years remaining on it. Norman was honest priced fair and put up with my being a nervous wreck due to the Insurance Company. He returned calls promptly. We will be recommending his company to family and friends. Highly recommend if you want honesty, professional and dependable.

Did not ask for any money up front and waited for the final inspection before asking for payment. Did a fine job and cleaned up after job was completed

We had a roof leak that had been leaking for some time that we did not know about. A roofing contractor from angies list was hired but after a some work to fix the leak without success. I decided to hire Hinspeter roofing. Mr. Hinspeter came out looked it over and quickly told me the the problem. At first I was a little unsure of his diagnosis but decided to go with his assesment and scheduled the work.
Mr. Hinspeter came out with one of his employees and completed the repair of the skylights, which had been installed incorrectly when the roof was replaced. The first contractor did not see the problem, but did not charge me for his attempted repairs.
Well after several rains now there is no evidence of any more leaks visually or by checking with a moisture meter on the walls.
I would recommend and use Hinspeter roofing again for any future roofing work.

He is still on top of his game.  He took plenty of time to do the repair, and went above and beyond and even inspected my entire roof.  He is wonderful to work with and is a really great guy.  His pricing is reasonable as well.

They did a great job, even through the rain.  They got caught in one downpour which got water through our leaky old roof; but Norm fixed it  immediately.  We really appreciated his helpful attitude throughout, going the extra mile: coming back to adjust a gutter, etc.

I had an occasional leak in my house, Mr Hinspeter inspected the roof and explained to me that the ridge vent should have been screwed in with with a rubber washer and that it's very common for roofers to use nails. The nails eventually work their way up causing leaks around the nails. Exactly what my roof was doing. Mr. Hinspeter came this week as promised. With the help of his assistant they finished the job so quickly and neatly I hardly knew they were here! He reinstalled my ridge vent using screws to prevent problems and diagnosed my roof " good as new!" Awesome service! Thank you!

We had a leak coming from the roof somewhere, had a few roofing contractors refuse to do the work because the job was too small, or told us we had to spend $20,000 to re-roof the whole house. Hinspeter was AWESOME. Contacted us right away, came out and actually found where the leak was coming from instead of just giving us an estimate. Fixed it the same day. Having them come back to seal another part of the roof, will be using them for any and all future roof issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I called several companies for estimates.  They all offered similar work but Hinspeter was several thousand dollars less.  They always came on time and left the work site very clean and orderly.  Norm Hinspeter was here supervising himself most days.  He even got on the roof to inspect and assist during more complicated parts of the job.  They finished when expected and there were no surprises when the final bill came.

We found ourselves in a situation where our roof had to be replaced under a severe time constraint. We located Norm based upon excellent referrals. Norm contacted us immediately, met with us, provided an estimate, and was able to replace the roof within our time demands. Owner contacted me on a Saturday when he returned from vacation to confirm time and date.  He came to the site each day and got up on the roof to inspect the work.  Men took first day to remove shingles, replace rotten wood, and waterproof.  The second day they installed shingles.  Site was kept clean with tarps and all debris was removed.  Owner came two days later to inspect work and check with me.
I plan to use them for a metal roof for the rest of the house in January.

Both sections of the roof had been analyzed and proper foundations were put down before the tiling was replaced.

Norm responded to my call and came for an estimate and explained what needed to be done. There were two major leaks in the roof. A big portion of tiles had to be removed and everything had to be replaced including rotten wooden boards,  facia boards and  tar paper. Then the tiles were placed back on the roof and fixed with cement and broken and damaged tiles were replaced. The work needed to be done in dry weather as the roof portions were completely open and we had many days with lots of rain. Norm however managed to use dry periods of several days to fix the roof  and we are now covered for the rainy season. Norm provided an excellent service and we are extremely satisfied  with the work. We definitely will use him again for any problem with our roof and for the future roof replacement.

FROM THE BEGINING NORM HINSPETER THE OWNER WAS VERY REPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. NORM GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CONTACTING HIM. HE THOROUGHLY WENT OVER WHAT HIS PROPOSAL INVOLVED & WHEN WORK COULD BE SCHEDULED. HIS CREW SHOWED UP EXACTLY THE DAY HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD. HIS CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MULTIPLE TIMES WOULD INFORM ME OF THEIR PLAN FOR THE DAY & ASK IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.THEY WERE VERY CONSCIOUS OF OF ROOF DEBRIS. THEY SPREAD TARPS TO COLLECT DEBRIS & WERE CAREFULL TO NOT HARM ANY PLANT LIFE. THEY ALWAYS INFORMED ME WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING AND ALWAYS ASKED IF IT WAS OKAY TO LEAVE VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT OVERNIGHT. THEY PROVED TO BE VERY EFFICIENT AT THEIR TASKS AS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS UPON COMPLETION...I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY NAILS LEFTOVER. MANY NEIGHBORS HAVE COMPLEMENTED HOW NICE THE NEW ROOF LOOKS.I HAVE & WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND HINSPETER ROOFING, INC.  FOR ANYONE NEEDING ROOFING WORK.

Whenever you get a roof problem its usually critical; Each time they have come they have been exceptionally responsive, they are a pleasure to deal with personally, and their pricing is very fair, almost too much so! Nobody wants a roofing problem but when it happens, they are the people I want in my corner! I cannot speak highly enough of Norm and the way he runs his company.
