Description of Work: Paul was absolutely wonderful! He replaced drywall, painted, repaired and replaced wood floors, removed cabinets, did electrical work. You name it, he did it!

Description of Work: Complete Kitchen remodel

Description of Work: I actuallly got Paul's name from the office of our homeowner's association when I asked about names of handymen they would recommend. I needed to have 1 ceiling fan removed and 5 fans hung. Paul's estimate was awesome and he arrived exactly when he said he would. After hanging 4 of the fans, he found that the previous homeowner had cut a wire so that would require him to get into the attic to repair and he said he could return the next day with a helper because it would require 2 people. Again, right on time! Fans ran beautifully! The next day when I turned the fans on I noticed that one of the fans was wobbling slightly so I called Paul and again he came out and re-checked the weights and now all are working great! This is a second home for us so when we go back I already have a list of items I'd like Paul to work on - I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone that isn't trying to take advantage of an out-of-towner and is very great to work with!! After he was done, I told him that he was the only company I hadn't gotten from Angie's List and he said that he WAS on the list, but he was under Remodeling and I had typed in Handyman so it didn't show up. I just wanted to make sure that people know that Paul would be a great person to hire to get your job done!!

Description of Work: Having completely renovated my condo 2 years ago, Paul comes back yearly to maintain and update items we request. He does this at the condo we rent also. This time he did tile work, painting, caulking among other things.
