Excellent experience with the team from Helping Hand Movers. Very friendly and courteous team, worked very efficiently and with care. Got the job done much faster than expected. Communication with the office was superb. It is clear everyone in the company is focused on delivering a great experience.

Very well. We've been using them for almost 2 years right now. Very quality work, the items that we moved are very expensive, and we don't have any issue with them and very flexible. They are the only movers that we used.

From the initial email to the completion of the work, every member of Helping Hands Movers was professional and respectful. Patrick did the scheduling and made sure all materials were on hand for the move. Daylen and Steve, arrived on time and disassembled, wrapped and loaded all furniture onto the POD for transportation. They were efficient and extremely careful with all of the furniture. I absolutely recommend Helping Hand Movers 100%!

Patrick (the company owner) and his helper, Russ, were the two men who performed the work. We were able to book them with ease, they were absolutely on time, perfectly friendly, totally respectful in the care and manner that they handled their work, and they arranged the items in the garage with complete precision...because of their diligent efforts, there was plenty of room left in the garage to park a car!! I cannot say enough great things about the service that Helping Hands provided!! Fantastic guys providing a truly exceptional service!! An absolutely fantastic experience - what a find!!

Thank you Patrick and Diana for such a great job moving my house into the Pod for our renovations.  The guys were friendly, helpful, and very careful with our belongings.  They were very patient with all of our date changes and I appreciate that. Great job!!

They were VERY professional.  They were on time and very courteous and careful in transporting our antiques.  They wrapped our furniture in blankets and plastic, and carefully moved our antiques safely over 50 miles away.  Extremely polite!  They went above and beyond what was asked.  They even helped  us unload a boat load of personal supplies.  Super great team and business!  Would highly recommend!  Will definitely hire again!  A++++!!!!

Fantastic all the way around-- from Diana who scheduled our move, helped us weigh the pros and cons & costs regarding loading & driving a truck to New England (in January), vs having a portable moving container delivered. She and Patrick were very easy and nice to work with. We also appreciate the care the two movers took with my Mom's possessions and how they made my Mom feel at ease.They were courteous and conscientious. They did not rush but they did not waste time. They were careful to load last, the items we wanted to off-load first, and double checked on a few boxes that were not were not clearly marked. The day before the move, we had bubble-wrapped the framed art and large mirrors, but there were still a number of pieces the moving team took upon themselves to protect with our rolls of plastic stretch wrap we had on hand. I would recommend highly having ample packaging materials on hand for the Helping Hands movers to wrap and pack for you. They did a really great job. 

These guys are the best, and I have them on my "call again" short list. I had to move furniture from one condo to another-and back again; take things out of storage, get them set up, and get rid of extra pieces. No Way I could do this on my own!
      
     These guys did everything, with a two-man crew, in less than 2 hours. They worked steadily, showed more care than I did, and had the expertise to set up and take apart several items of furniture, ranging from glass tables to computer entertainment centers.
     I'd like to make something very clear.
Helping Hands' first priority is time-sensitive, door-to-door moves. They schedule those in the mornings, and they often run over, to get those jobs done. So if you have a narrow window of time, tell them up front, and they'll make that their morning priority. 
 I had the entire afternoon blocked out for their help, and a time -estimate-. I was very pleased when they called to update me, twice,  when they were delayed. 
     
     And that's why I'd use them again in a heartbeat. They deal with people first, and their "stuff" second; and they do both well. Kudos!

The crew was on time, professional and very careful with packing, wrapping and loading all of our belongings. They were timely and did not waste time as we were paying an hourly rate. The owner was on site for one of the moves but always called me to check on crew if he was not present. We have had many moves and helping hands were a pleasant surprise it made our stress a little less. Thanks!
