The owner is John Hart. He is totally professional. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is correct. He was a county inspector so he knows exactly what needs to be taken care of and how it should be done. He had no problems. I had a major overhaul on the electrical wiring of an old, little house. He redid it all. It was all up to speed. We did not have to wait on any permits that were not done correctly. We did not have any problems whatsoever. It was fantastic. That is not generally the case in this area. He is on totally time constantly. He has a son that works with him. I trust them both completely. They had full access to this house before we moved into it. Everything was wonderful.
