Not good at all, they came out several times to kill our ants, with no success. on one of the calls, he was on the lanai and I ask if he was coming inside to treat the ant problem, and very rudely ask if I told the office if I had ants inside and he stopped and did not finish spaying the lanai, went to the truck and came inside for a couple of minutes and was gone! I went to home depot weeks later and bought Ortho Professional Spay and they were gone in 3 days!! So, buy Ortho and do it yourself and save your money!!!

Serviceman came and looked at the droppings we found and thought were evidence of termites.  He examined this and not only identified what it was but explained how he could tell.  He then inspected around the house and identified some other insect problems for us to take care of.
 I assumed I would be charged for his visit, expertise, and advice.  The charge was $0 and he said it was part of the inspection.  This is a first class company with expertise.  They can be trusted and if he tells me in the future I have termites, I will believe him.  This is a company to use for insect control if you do not do it yourself!

I had good luck with Harps Pest Control. They were prompt and I was so pleased with their work. They were very reponsive. I got a tenant in the house and they followed up with the tenant and arranged the times when the tenant was available. They took care of the problem. I would certianly use them again.

These are little cylinders that they put in the ground around the house. If you have termites, they will go into those little cylinders, and they think it is real. It is for termite protection. They were very professional, very nice, very easy to work with, and very well-informed. They answered every question. The person who answers their phone, maybe their office manager is really wonderful and gets right back to you. They are also very prompt. It was a great experience. I would recommend them.

They come out and spray for controlling bugs and if the bugs don’t go away then they just keep spraying until they are gone. I paid $120 for their first visit but the results are guaranteed, so it’s worth it.

I am happy with their service; they are cordial and always on time. They remind me when it is time for a treatment and I will use them again in the future.

They have been  in town for 30 years or something. They are very good and we like them. Their people are real good. They are knowledgeable, friendly and come when you expect them to come. Usually you can schedule your appointment within a week.

These folks are the cheapest and best overall value in the area for this type of work. I like that I am not locked into any type of service agreement and that they only charge me for the work that they actually do. If they come out and do a consult and it ends up they don't treat for anything, they don't even charge me.
