Harmon Homes was great and I highly recommend them. We redid a very dated shower in our guest bath. It went very smoothly from beginning to end. So pleased with the outcome. Workmanship is outstanding. Everyone was professional. We plan on a remodel of the master bath in the fall and will use them again. They worked hand in glove with Year Round Painting and that went extremely seamless. Both companies receive high marks.

Harmon Homes was professional, punctual and did an excellent job

I contacted Scott Harmon after last years record rain and hurricane because I had some water damage inside and outside my home. There were several areas which needed attention and I felt a general contractor would be the best route to complete this project. Scott Harmon and Mario Blanco were very helpful and professional. Scott met with me and our insurance adjuster to assist with questions and concerns about the damage. They made suggestions on other areas which needed attention, and were open to my ideas and timeline. Scott provided a detailed estimate on the costs of each project which was reasonably priced for South Florida standards. I found Scott and his partner Mario to be very reliable. They would call or text to arrange a day when a sub contractor or their employee would be working. Scott or Mario introduced me to each sub or employee prior to beginning work, and told us the approximate time it would take to finish their job. They followed up and checked on the work when it was completed. I would highly recommend Harmon Homes and these two gentlemen for any construction, remodel, or repairs on your home.

Scott and Mario worked above and beyond what we expected. They are a professional, and well organized team who completed all the work on time and in budget while we were out of town. Great communication throughout the project reasssured us all was going well and to plan. Our plans in the future will require additional work and we will not hesitate to use Scott and Mario again. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Scott Harmon and Mario Blanco. Our small condo was treated as if it was a million dollar project. We live in Illinois so this was done long distance. We were getting a bid from Mario for painting and he had asked if he could have his partner, Scott Harmon, bid out the project on the construction end of things. We were a little skeptical as we had already had three bids and were pretty settled. Mario called Scott and he was there in forty minutes. Scott walked in, surveyed the project, made suggestions and had plans drawn up with pricing the following day. He had vision and was willing to take out walls and move things, sometimes by inches, to provide a better working space. Materials were picked out and the project was started and finished on time. Kitchen cabinets were replaced and added in the kitchen along with granite counters and new floor tiles throughout. The bathrooms received new tile, a tub was replaced with a shower and all cabinets replaced. Lighting in all three rooms were replaced with can lighting. An outdated 80's kitchen light was replaced with trim, rope lighting and can lights making the room look elegant and expensive. Scott used finishes throughout that you might find in upscale hotels. Ceilings had popcorn taken off and redone. Painting was done throughout and the lanai pebble floor was leveled, tiled and the room was painted. We had ceiling fans replaced and numerous other small projects were taken care of. The workers cleaned up after themselves and I was always informed of progress. If Scott found something he thought would work better he called and sent pictures. There was always a constant flow of information via phone calls or Scott's website which was updated constantly. I'm sure I am even forgetting some of the things done. All I can say is we feel blessed to have had Scott Harmon and Mario Blanco remodel our condo. When I walked through the doors I was amazed as I looked around. Our outdated 80's condo had the look and feel of a high end place. These men worked with integrity and were professional. It is evident throughout. I would highly recommend them and would use them again and again. I might also add that they came in 25% cheaper than all our other bids and had vision no one else offered.
