Showed up on time. Professional and courteous. They use a different machine than the others I have used in the past. The carpet does take longer to dry but it looked good.

The two men that came were very timely and professional and after we showed them what areas needed to be cleaned, they took care to put down plastic and tape it down so that the solution they used did not get on our wood flooring. They completely cleaned up after themselves and again very easy to work with.

Chris and Zack did a fantastic job. There were some pretty bad stains I did not think could be removed. I was just hopeing to get them less noticeable, they actually got them out. I wish I would have done before and after photos for the review.

Arrived a bit late due to the fact Angie's list did not supply my address. The 2 gentleman were very professional, They pre-treated the carpeting then scrubbed it with a bonnet scrubber, followed by a water extractor. Treated some spots again to get the most dirt out. Cleaned up after themselves and even mopped the entry hallway, just incase they got water on it.
