The plumber was on time and installed the toilet to my satisfaction.  I felt the price was a bit high but that may be Florida vs. the Mid-West.  There were no problems.

Jeff showed up exactly on time - quite a feat when it is season and he was coming from Naples up,here to Ft Myers! He put shoe covers in, checked that the faucets I had were ones I was going to be happy with and would work, and removed everything when he was done - including boxes. Super nice and very professional.
