well, they came on time, stripped the old and installed the new ones all in one day, and left no mess. I would give them a thumbs up. nice people to work with

Tracing to the incredible backlog of work as a result of the significant damage caused by Irma in Naples, it took close to 2 months following my original call to get an estimate and commision the repairs. Unfortunately the crew that finally arrive to do the repairs were not as professional as they should have been resulting in a subsequent call to the company to stop the new gutter from leaking. The response time for the replacement crew to arrive was only one week. I must say that to the credit of the gentleman in the replacement crew, he confirmed that the sealing of the joints in the new gutter had been ooorly done and without sufficient sealant applied. The service call remedied the problem.

I called for an estimate which was provided in writing and I was told the company was booked out about one month and that the office manager would call me the next day with an installation date. They did just that and gave me a date 4 weeks in the future. They came that day and installed the guttering.

Because the gutters along the back of my house were incorrectly pitched, causing an overflow onto my patio, I decided to have them re-pitched. After talking with three gutter companies, I chose Gutters Unlimited because the owner, Brent Fox, seemed professional, knowledgeable, and presented a good image of his company. He also mentioned being reviewed positively on Angie's List. I made an appointment for the following Monday between 8 and 9 am. On that Monday, I waited until about 10 to call the office. I was told that the 'technician' had been in my area on the previous Friday, and despite the fact that no one was home, went ahead and did the work. Normally the office would have called to let me know, but there had been a oversight. I sprayed some water in the gutter, and, sure enough, it didn't drain properly. I called Gutters Unlimited to let them know, and set up another appointment. The second 'technician' did some work, explained to me what he had done and left. Once again, I sprayed some water in the gutter, and once again, it didn't drain properly. I called Gutters Unlimited again. Mr. Fox told me that someone would come out to see if Gutters Unlimited had met its and quot;contractual obligationand quot; and made the absurd statement that all the gutters in the area overflowed when we had our summer and quot;monsoonsand quot;. Having lived through 35 Naples summers, I knew how ridiculous the comment was. Allen came out and agreed that the gutter was still not pitched properly. A third appointment was made. The 'technician' came and quite literally banged it out in about 10 minutes. He had been 15 minutes early and, even after showing me how the gutter had been repitched, left before his appointed time. As he commented a couple of times, and quot;This ain't rocket science.and quot;
Gutters Unlimited was $100 more that the next best estimate by a very reputable company. I agreed to that figure upfront. I was unhappy that it took three visits (four, if you count Allen) to do a job that and quot;ain't rocket science.and quot; A greater disappointment, however, was that any form of customer service or concern over customer satisfaction disintegrated after my second call. To use a phrase about meeting and quot;contractual obligationand quot; suggested that owner Brent Fox wasn't at all concerned about my satisfaction. If anyone from Gutters Unlimited had called me, concerned that the job was finally done correctly, this review definitely would be different.

Everything was excellent. They were very reasonably priced and cleaned up everything.

Good company. Good people. Arrived on time and did good work at a good price. About 13 months after the gutters were installed a seam developed a small leak. Even thought it was out of warantee, they came out and fixed it promptly at no cost. I plan on calling them again soon to put up a run of gutters on the back of the house.

Alan Slavich was amazing ! Did everything a great salesman should do...Showed up on time (every time) gave us a quote on the spot followed up on time...instructed his workers on what we agreed on personally on site and at the end of the job made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction....Highly recommended ++
