Price is always a tough thing with cars, but we were pleased. They had to locate the audio we wanted. The negotiations were probably only less than 2 hours. But they had to locate the vehicle. They did not have one at the dealership because we wanted specific equipment. It worked great. We got the equipment we wanted and the color combination. Overall it is a professional organization.

They are pretty good, I have no problems with them. If I had to get work done, I would go somewhere else. Dealership prices are usually higher. They do good work, but they are higher. The work is always excellent. Everything is perfect except for they are a little higher than you can find elsewhere. They have always been prompt. I would always consider them for minor work. The waiting are is excellent.

Prompt. Courteous. Comfortable equipped waiting area. Work was done gratis, under warranty. Service Dept representative Beverly Coppola was excellent and very helpful. Recommend you ask for her for your next Lexus service.

This was a wonderful experience! The employees at Germain are professional, polite, friendly and above all else honest.
They went ewell beyond what was expected in servicing the vehicle and ensuring that I was totally satisfied.
I have never dealt with a car dealer that I could/would recommend but Germain is so totally different. They have made a lifetime customer out of me!
