The service provider (General Air) identified and corrected prior faulty work completed on our Trane HVAC systems by Conditioned Air. The new service provider provided superior services for half the cost of the prior service provider. We have retained General Air and Plumbing to do all our future work in our 11,000 sf Naples, FL residence. We are very pleased with General Air. They are the second largest HVAC firm in SW Florida, and (unlike other HVAC contractors with whom we have done business) General Air operates with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. We highly recommend General Air.

First off our appointment was a 2 Hr window..And it was.  I did not have to wait around all day, simply hoping someone would show up.  I was told that the Technician would call 30 mins. prior to arriving..And he did.
He was courteous, knowledgeable and went about his business in a very professional manner.  He protected the work area and wore the booties to keep our floor clean.
We are very pleased with General Air &Plumbing and have highly recommended them to our friends.

One person arrived on time to do the installation. Apparently they would have sent two since my condo is on the second floor but this day they were short handed. The plumber (Mike) was extremely courteous and did a great job of draining and removing my old hot water tank and catch basin and installing the new one. He cleaned up nicely after the job was done.
I was very pleased with the quality of service provided and the price.

Everything went well.  Since only service in the form of the semi-annual maintenance check of the a/c system was performed, we really cannot judge the quality of work--but the company representative seemed knowledgable and did a thorough job of checking and cleaning what is supposed to be checked and cleaned every 6 months.  I gave him an A overall rating for the semi-annual maintenance.  We didn't have any repair or replacements done.

Everything went well. They are very knowledgeable and they have fair pricing. They offer great customer service. I have been with them for about 8 years now!

They were great. I have a new house so I ended up having to call them back to get a new air conditioning system. They were very good and we had no problems. I had used them before in the same community at another address and I knew they were trustworthy. They come when they say they will and do a good job. The employees are great and I am on a twice yearly contract with them to check my system.

Things were very good with General Air and Plumbing. They are outstanding. I would rate them 'A' plus. Approximately the expenditure was a little over $6,200. Overall the job was very good. They did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service. They are very professional. They got the work done in a very fast time and I have had absolutely no problems with the unit whatsoever. We are very happy with it. I would highly recommend them to people who are in need of a new A/C or A/C repairs. I haven't dealt with the plumbing aspect with it. Their A/C department is very at it and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I would say the price was competitive.

Arrived on time, proceeded with the work and completed in reasonable time. Cleaned up adequately, upon completion of job. Removed all old materials.

He adjusted some things within the unit because it was making alot of noise. He said he felt really bad because the previous company had taken advantage of me. He also said that we probably would have to get a new air conditioner in the future. He was very fair in not trying to immediate sell me a new unit but just told me to wait it out. He was extremely professional. He did get the air conditioner working correctly after his visit.

They were fine. They were punctual and fair on their pricing.

They clean up after themselves and warranty their work. They are honest, reliable, and have many experienced employees who have stayed with the company for a while.

They seemed pretty reliable. I will use them in the future.
