"He was informed prior to our arrival that the cost would be 99.93. 59.95 for a one time trip charge and 39.98 for two trained technicians for a half hour. The same exact charge we have been at for over eleven years. We never sold/installed/serviced this persons system prior. We are always very clear about the cost of a service call."
