First time, left 1/2 dozen messages with no call back. The finally threatened by saying I would report him to BBB. He then arrived without notice to re-program gate.
2nd time, called and spoke to person who assured me he would call me that day. A week later, called again and LM. 2 more message attempts and I have given up. Seems that once the check cashes, they will not service their customers.
However, he did not suggest products that would have made our customer experience better. I wish he would have told us about other products out there as we are first time gate owners.
