The garage door broke and they came out in a couple of hours to provide the emergency repair. Joey was very nice, through and professional. I haven't yet received the bill, so will provide once I receive. I didn't want to forget to write this review as they were so kind to provide this emergency service. It works beautifully now!

Great. Joey came in the time scheduled, assessed the problem, suggested the replacement and installed new pulleys .He greased the springs, wheels and connections. Offered me tips on garage opener as it is different than my other home and helped me change my code. All in all I was very pleased with this service call and would call them again.

This service call didn't go well from the start. I've used this company in the past and received great service. This time I was given a window of 8-10 AM. At 10:30 I called the office to see where the service person was. I was told that a truck came in that morning that had to be unloaded so everything was running late. But why no call to let me know the service person would be late? When the technician showed up, the service went well. He said he oiled the garage door and made some adjustments to the mechanism - and it was a regular part of their service. All seemed fine until he left and the garage door wouldn't go close. There was no issue with the garage door opening and closing before this service call. I called the office to have them send the guy back out to correct the issue he created. That was 7 days ago and still no return service call. I call their office each morning at 8 am to see if they put my address on the service call list that day. Nope. The office says they aren't scheduling for my area of Naples that day but will call later to give me a time for service the next day. Each day they don't call me with a scheduled time. So I call again the next morning. This has been the routine for 7 days now. Problem is still unresolved......

I am very satisfied with the work.  However, I scheduled the appointment several days in advance so that I could get a morning appointment.  When they called with the appointment time window, they said it would be 5-7 on a Friday night.  While I expressed my unhappiness with the late time on a Friday night, I agreed to keep the appointment because we had been without the ability to open the door easily for a week.  7:00 came and went and still no repairman and no phone call.  I called the office and was told it was closed.  At 7:30 I called again saying I had already cancelled a dinner appointment, and the answering service said they would have someone call me.   I finally got a call back from a woman who had checked with the repairman and she said it would be another 20 minutes to an hour.  He finally showed up near 8 o'clock.  I understand that schedules can change, but I would highly advise this company to call their customers and advise them of late arrival.  My friends whose dinner engagement I had to cancel wanted to know the name of the service so that they never would use them.

Called for service on Monday and was told that a repairman would be at my home on Wednesday. I was unable to lift the garage door so the repairman came to my home on Tuesday at 10 am. Great service. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and highly recommend them!!

I have used them many times as they did the original installation of my garage doors.  They are reliable and the price is fair.  They have great availability and scheduling is never an issue, I called them the night before and they came out first thing in the morning.

Very well. Didn't have part but left me a loaner part until mine came in. Have used before and will again.

Our doors were both malfunctioning. They came out the very next morning and determined that both doors just needed routine maintenance.

Everything went well.

Our garage door was malfunctioning and we had no idea who to call so we called the original installer. They came out the say day.
The tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. He tried different options to keep the price down but discovered it was the board in the opener unit. He replaced the board and every thing worked well. We were very happy and will use them again.

Our business warehouse that houses two of our vans broke on Friday around 4:30. We started calling garage door companies (a few listed on Angie's List) and they either did not answer the phone and you got a recording or they said they do not work on commercial garage doors (what's the difference?). Anyway, I called someone and they recommended Garage Door of Naples. I got through to Yvonne and she said she would have someone out first thing at 7:30 on Monday morning. She called again the next day on Saturday to confirm. Luke showed up at 7:30 and we are good to go. I will never use another garage door company but them.

This company is amazing, they were very quick to respond and fixed the garage door that day. They were very polite and what I was charged was also amazing. I would absolutely recommend this company.
