They are very good.

It was great.

They come in twice a year and they check out everything as far as the heating and the air conditioning and they put in fluid if it's necessary.  They just really check it all out.  They were due to come out and to check out the air conditioning on Monday. I woke up Saturday morning before they came, the Saturday before they came, and I had no air conditioning.  So I called them up, and it was hot that day, and they came out.   Like I say it was on a Saturday.  It was his last call of the day around 4 or 4:30, something like that.  He did a very good job.  We had a contract where they came out in September of last year and then they were coming out in March to do the regular thing.  They come out twice a year so it's 6 months apart.  I know it was their job to come out on Saturday but when it was so hot and nasty out they did a good job.  On punctuality, I didn't have any set time because he just came over.  He had a list of people he had to get to.  It took about an hour for the service to be completed.  One person came out to complete the work.  Everything was clean when he left.

I have been using them for years. I pay once a year for the annual service contract. One person came out and it took him about 20-30 minutes to do the work. It didn't take long. The guys who come here are all really good.

We are satisfied. I would use them in the future.

Excellent. I have used them for quite a few years. Excellent job. It usually do an very professional job, about an hour. The workers are very professional. Very clean when they leave. Everything that they do is done very well. They check the pressure on the Freon, clean the air handler, they just do an very good job.

I buy an annual program from them. It includes a 10% discount. Also they will come at night or on a weekend without any increased charges. Because of what they are doing, they charge like $170. They give you a 10% discount on anything they do. They do a comprehensive check of the system twice a year and there are no surcharges. I used them when I lived in Port Charlotte. I had to call them on a weekend, they provided the service and actually came at night. It was like 10 O'clock. They worked on it and figured out what was wrong. He got a part and came back the next day and fixed it. I continue the relationship with them now.

You get what you pay for and I feel that for the price I received quality service. They seem trust worthy and were polite for them most part. The first technician wasn't happy that I tinkered with the AC fan but he didn't know I took alot of electrical classes in college and could have fixed it myself but am at the age where I would rather be fishing! I only tinkered to by time to pick an A/C company. Both technicians were friendly and talkative. They are definitely our A/C team.

Our a/c went out on Wednesday 8/6-we called that evening and Rob came out that evening to take a look. He said the motor was starting the seize and did we want to replace the unit which we did. He did his best to give us a good price. Since he had to order the new unit, we had to wait until Saturday to have it installed. However, they came early and it was done it about 2-3 hours. So nice to have a cool house after 3 days of no a/c/

The work is professional and I recommend them to others. I will not use them again in the future because I got a better bid on the units from another company.

We've used them for years. We've had them service our old trane system. There isn't anything we don't like about them really.

I have annual contract with them and it is a little less than $200. They will make appointments around my work schedule. If I have an emergency situation they are real good about coming in on Saturday or Sundays or whenever coming late. In fact one day I had an emergency situation and did not call them until Monday and they asked me why I didn't call them. I have been using their services since the 80's.
