We had been living in the property for almost a year and had not been able to get water or ice through our refrigerator and had several others come out to trouble shoot this problem directly from the manufacturer and they couldn't figure out the problem. As soon as the technician left our home after service the refrigerator had already started making ice and soon there after we were having drinking water from the refrigerator.
On another occasion our water tank was overflowing and I called Florida Soft Water for assistance. I was immediately connected to a technician who instead of scheduling me for service simply walked me through a couple of steps and the problem was fixed. I am overly impressed with Florida Soft water and their service will most definitely continue to use them without a doubt.
"I am sorry to here you had a bad experience, however I do believe you may have reviewed the wrong company. Although we do have record of you being in our data base, we have not been to your home since July, 2009. Furthermore you stated that you called over the weekend yet you say the work was completed on 8/20 which is was a Wednesday. Our company strives on great service and in no way shape or form would anyone from our company not come to your home for an emergency the same day as long as it is with in our working hours. We do not offer 24hr service but do work 7 days a week including holidays. Further more I see where your last call to us back in 7/09 was in fact a weekend call in which we arrived and repaired you system that same day."
"I'm very sorry you were not satisfied with with the quickness of our service, we do strive to be quick and efficient as possible with our calls. After reviewing your history in our system I do see where we had serviced your system in the past, prior to this last call several years ago with no issues. Again I am sorry we did not arrive quickly enough for you. I also see that at the time of service in question you were not actually charged for the service call or labor. "(removed member name), Thank you for the review. I'm sad to see that you were not satisfied with our latest service call to your home. I see where we have been there prior without any issues but would like to respond to the latest. The call came in stating that your well pump was cycling off & on. A service tech was dispatched and found the pressure tank needed to be replaced. To prevent any further damage a new pressure tank although not the same size you had was installed temporarily. The following day, with your authorization of pricing we returned and installed the new tank. Thank You, Shannon Hubbell"
