The condo is owned by John White.
The unit I moved into had been vandalized by the previous tenants who were evicted. There are holes in the walls,
stains all over the carpet, marks and gouges on the walls, and all of the stoppers were taken out of the sinks.
John Austin had plenty of time to get the place cleaned up and repaired before I moved in. Instead John Austin
did nothing. He does lie and swindle people. He is a name dropper. Plus there is an extremely ugly light
which hangs from the ceiling. John Austin calls it high-end. It's nothing but atrocious and tasteless.
When I have requested that repairs be made such as to the washing machine, John Austin lied and said he
would show up. He was AWOL. The repairs were never made.
