Five Star Lawn do a fine job. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad. They do a nice, adequite job. I have no complaints. They were even coming in the wind and rain, just after a hurricane.

Five Starr Irrigation came July 2011 to check sprinkler system and suggested complete replacement of all sprinkler heads which we did for approx. $850. This came with a 1 year warranty.  We discovered one of the sprinkler lines near where they had replaced a head over time had cracked and was flooding the backyard- it appeared that the sprinkler head had been over tightened & had been weakened when they replaced the head- it slowly failed after several months. We found it flooding our back yard and back washing our seawall.  Since it was under warranty  we called them  back to recheck system, asked that they fix the broken pipe and reset timers  according to Cape Coral regulations.  When they looked at the problem  they denied any coverage for the broken sprinkler pipe and charged us $54.00 to fix it.  He argued with my husband that we were trying to cheat him.  The next time the sprinklers ran- they had not set the timers as asked and the repaired pipe blew off again flooding the yard.  They had simply put a cap on it- no adhesive and no fix- for $54.00?  
My husband was so disgusted that he went out and did it himself.  They are overpriced and their warranty is worthless.  I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would get a firm estimate first before any work is done. It did turn out to be much more expensive than I had planned, but now my system is like new.

They showed up on time for an inspection of the system. They found several sprinkler heads that needed adjustment and tried to replace several that didn't need replacement. The owner was very pushy trying to make a sale. The 8 or 9 sprinklers they replaced for the high price that they charged they should have replaced the concrete dougnuts that protect them from mowers and weeds and such. They replaced one doughnut and left broken ones go either from oversite or wanting to save them about $2 a sprinkler. Also when they pulled up with their truck on the side it said they take Visa and Mastercard. Which when they were finished the owner said that they no longer take any credit cards. I should have told him to take apart what he did and beat it. We didn't have that much cash in our checking acct so I wrote 2 checks one dated that day and one a week later so they would not bounce. I found out from another sprinkler repair person that 5 Star charged us double what they should have. They advertise very heavily in the local papers so don't fall for a company that spends that much money on ads.

They did a horrible job in repairing it, digging it up, and putting it back in. They wouldn't come back to repair the work that they did and wouldn't give us a copy of the work that they did and won't back up anything that they did.
