Joe had a fast response to my inquiry and was able to get my job on his schedule within the week. He cleaned the gutters, the lanai, the exterior area of our house and included the windows and driveway. He did a great job was easy to work with and explained the process he used that left everything looking fresh and clean.

When he arrived, he said he did not know I wanted the gutters cleaned also. Later he did remember our conversation. On the lanai, he used a disc power washing devise that did not get into crevices and edges. There are areas that were missed, like when you miss patches with lawn mower. He did not spray off the debris left behind. I had to spray off the entire lanai to get all the dirt and debris out. I usually power wash my lanai but my power washer had no water pressure so I hired Fish;s. I know just how clean the lanai can be and he did not come close to what I do when I do the job using just the sprayer. It would have been cheaper for me to buy a knew power washer and then do the job thoroughly. I let him know that I was unhappy but he offered no remedy. At the end of the following day, the deck looked better and missed areas not so obvious. Glad I hosed it off. The driveway and walk were well done.

Joe Fish was prompt, personable and efficient. He did a great job cleaning our gutters including our super-gutter between the lanai and roof) and power-washing our lanai. His price wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable. I'd hire him again.

Good work cleaning roof driveway and lani. Also washed windows and walls. On time and hard working. One disappointing element was the dirt and debris that was swept into the pool. More care was needed to keep pool clean while cleaning the lani.

Called on Friday afternoon and Joe came out the next morning. Sprayed water on all shrubs & bushes to protect them from being damaged by the bleach solution. Roof cleaning removed all black mold spots and now looks great.
