FIREWATER RESTORATION SVC

First experience was in my condo. A water supply line separated after completion of a kitchen remodel project. FireWater responded within 2 hours of the 3am call. They immediately went to work to assess and contain the damage. Their work was fast and professional. While most of the workers were ESL, there was always one English speaker on a crew. The only complaint would have been the volume of the dryers and dehumidifiers. The cost was covered by the construction company who made the error in plumbing, so was unknown to me. I did not use FireWater's construction services, as the company footing the bill did repairs themselves.
My second experience was in a condo that had been rundown by a troubled neighbor. I recommended FireWater to the decision makers, and helped coordinate the repairs. FireWater did extensive cleaning and carpet removal where damage had occurred, including major bathroom mildew and carpet damage. The filth level was extreme. Again, they did excellent work, and hauled away several pieces of unusable furniture. Here they did contract to another firm known to me for recarpeting and minor cabinet repair.
Again, I was not responsible for the bill, so cannot reflect on the charges.
