Made an appointment for the next morning at 8AM, he called to say was on the way and was here and gone by 8:15. Called to tell me estimate and when the repairs could be made and by 5PM the next day I had my unit back. Excellent service and reasonable price.

Excellent job. Mr. Perez returned my call the same day I reached out to him. He was extremely generous with his time on the phone with me. We brought the TV in that day, which was late Friday, for an evaluation and he called me on Monday as he indicated, gave me the estimate which was very fair & said I could pick up the TV that day. I was very impressed with him. He also has a A+ rating with BBB & is also an authorized repairman for Samsung TV's. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely went out of his way to find out what was wrong. Needed a new board and he was able to find one and fixed it the next day. The large TV is no longer made and even was able to find a remote that we needed. Extememly knowledgeable. Before he wanted to be paid he had me watch the TV for a few days to make sure it works and then came back to clean the TV. Very satisfied.

Luis Perez offered to come to my home to diagnose and/or pick up my TV the morning of 4/7/17 for $75.00. He could not determine the problem as the TV was shutting down and restarting on its own, he guessed it was the main board. I helped him remove the TV from the wall which took about two minutes (4) screws and after loading TV into his vehicle he demanded $200 from me, $75 for the trip, $50 to remove the TV and $75 for an estimate. I suspected I made a mistake hiring him but was leaving to go out of town and he said he would order "boards" for the TV call me Weds 4/19 with an estimate and would have it repaired and return the TV on Saturday 4/15. He never called with estimate and upon my return I called as to the status and he had done nothing with it, hung up on me when I demanded he return the TV! He had no idea what was wrong with the TV and I had to drive 45 minutes to go pick up my "unrepaired" TV. A total waste of my time and he refused to refund the money I had paid him!! Stay away from the guy he is bad news!

After initial repairs had to return and remove the TV to his shop. Returned set to home and has worked fine since then.

he really knew the product. Quickly found the issue and suggested a solution. Problem was that the TV was incorrectly connected to the network.

My tv went out, we call HHgregg and they scheduled the appointment with Express video. They call me two days before the real appointment day. He was promptly and courteous. He told me that he needs to take it to the shop.
We got the tv back in three days and so far is working fine.
I was really impress for the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. I am preatty sure that we will use them again if we have any problems

We just wish he was more customer friendly and patient with people who needed some guidance.

The repair was done on time and as expected. However, the cost of the repair was more than I had anticipated, but that was due mainly to the cost of the part.  In light of the fact the circuit board failed after slightly more than 1 year of use, puts the complaint I have, squarely with Panasonic. I have no compliant with Express Video.

Luis arrived on time, replaced the chip, made sure the picture was perfect. I could not be happier. He even was able to come earlier in the day due to a cancellation. Very professional.

Luis came to my home and installed the part, he was very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Express Video-TV-Sound was notified by the TV manufacturer on 6th March 2013 in the pm to service my TV.  They called me on 7th March 2013 to make an appointment, and repaired the TV in the afternoon the same day.
