With over 55 years plus of HVAC service experience the owner & service manager complete all work no sub contractors. ,According to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation DRPR businesses that clean central air and heat ducts for compensation (which requires partial dis-assembly of any part of the HVAC system, such as removal of air grills) require a HVAC state license. Dirty air ducts have been identified as a major source of indoor pollution.In fact,an air duct system is a breeding ground for bacteria,animal dander,mold and dust mites. These impurities can cause allergic reactions,breathing difficulties,infections and disease. Dirty clothes dryer vents can be equally harmful.The yearly national fire loss for clothes dryer fires is estimated at 99 million resulting from almost 16,000 fires.

All of our vents were dirty and moldy. Well,,, Jimmy and Andrew removed all vent covers. These were cleaned with a green agent, and now look like new. The vents were then thoroughly cleaned by Jimmy. This was followed by a chemical cleaning and Andrew even painted the insides of the vents as well as the ceiling outside!! On to the dryer and another superb job which ended up with Jimmy on the roof cleaning the last portion of the dryer vent. I didn't know that that, was where it vented. A known fact is that, 92-: percent of all house fires are started by clogged dryer vents!!!
HURRAY, OUR HOUSE IS NOW LOOKING, SMELLING, AND FEELING CLEAN.
