Elegant styles LLC provided professional service with competent staff and quality service. We found the owner Shaun to be customer focused, reliable, with fair pricing. Elegant styles came highly recommended by a neighbor down the street. Since my next door neighbor was getting his roof cleaned and sealed the following week, I decided to also get it done the same day. Shaun called me the day before to confirm the appointment and also assured me that he will check the radar in the event of rain. Shaun sent 2 crews to service both mine and our neighbors roofs. The staff punctually arrived in the morning, answered any questions that we had, and provided detailed explanations of the service they preformed and the condition of our roofs before and afterwards. The staff also made a video of our roof after the application. The video is good to have before hurricane season for insurance purposes to show no damages. To make sure the chemicals didn’t ruin anything, the staff even watered downed the house and shrubbery. In addition, the roof cleaning comes with a 1 year guarantee. Afterwards, my next door neighbor hired them clean and seal his driveway. In a lapse of judgement, instead of using Elegant Styles to also do our driveway, we decided to use a vendor that my husband’s friends recommended. We did not have a good experience with that vendor, causing a lot of frustration, low satisfaction with quality of service and lost time (no show-had to reschedule). This bad experience compared to the excellent service provided by Elegant Styles reaffirmed the need to hire vendors that you already have firsthand experience that are reliable and trustworthy. Don’t underestimate the need to hire the correct vendor. It will alleviate anxiety, frustration, and waste of time and money. With Elegant Styles LLC and Shaun, we found a vendor we will continually use and highly recommend to friends and neighbors.
