Things from this provider went off without a hitch aside the confusion generated by Walmart.  As a disabled vet, Vietnam era I truly needed his help.  He gave it to me gladly and if I have any other electronic need he will be my go-to guy.  Thanks Steve

Apple TV's cannot be used with older TV sets. Vender wasn't able to install the unit, not his fault.

It went great. I called, he was available that day, came and fixed my TV. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Stephen knows what he is doing. My 42" Toshiba had gone totally dead. Stephen came and quickly had the tv off the wall and opened the case. He knew exactly what to look for and replaced some components on the spot. The TV works fine now. He charged me $95. That's much cheaper than buying a new TV. I was quite satisfied.

Steve responded to a service call for my TV, the  picture of which took a VERY long time to emerge after I turned my set on. He was courteous, prompt, and inexpensive. I would DEFINITELY use him again to solve my TV-related issues!

Fabulous!  Steve is one of the very best repair people I've ever had.  Although we had to wait on the part (back ordered), as soon as he received it, he was here the next day to complete the repair.  In all  he made 3 trips and only charged us for 1 trip and credited us for that trip in the final repair bill.  Plus, while he was here, he looked at daughters TV and determined it was a simple programming problem with the remote.  No extra charge. Simply outstanding.!!

He was very good in explaining the problem, made the necessary adjistments. Wile there he checked all other TV's at no additional cost.

I first brought my T.V. to another repair shop off of Palm Beach Blvd Ft Myers, FL
I was without the T.V. for approximately 2 weeks and was told the problem was with Direct T.V.
After many wasted hours on the phone with Direct T.V. and hooking up new receiver the T.V. still would not work.
Electronic Services diagnosed the problem within 3 days, turned out the board was faulty and was covered under warranty. Steve was very professional and I highly recommend .

He was great. He tried to do the cheapest board first which was not it so he returned and it got the more expensive board.  He was here about 3 times. I like his customer service, honesty, would did the work in the home and tried to save me money. He knew it was one of the two boards and went with the cheaper one first. He even researched to see if others had problems with the board since it was so new.  He borrowed my computer to research it on the spot within his blog of group of peoples. He tried to efficiently fix it while he was there.  He was maybe an hour later then he quoted me.

Called Steve in the morning and explained the problem that I was having with my TV.  He knew exactly what the problem was and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon.  He arrived on time and provided the service that was required.  Steve was very professional and explained everything to me.  I highly recommend this company and will certainly use his services in the future.

He explained that a new board would cost close to $300 to $350 installed and said he could switch the operation of the TV from HDM to Component with little if any loss of the quality of the picture. Since a new set would cost considerably more even the possible replacement  of the board, I said go ahead and the TV works fine. He was absolutely correct. The cost was just for the call which was a terrific value.

Again, I only deal with this provider because of his HONESTY, responsiveness, & fairness. He replaced some resistors on my TV & explained to me that they burn out because they are too small for TV.  His service is well worth the money I paid him.  I will always call him when I need my TV repaired.  You should too.

Steve was great.  He gave me an estimate by the description of my problem over the phone.  He ordered the part, came on time, did great work and even helped me with an additional wiring problem.  A+

Called and he came into our house on the same day.  Punctual, very business like, very friendly and quality of service was excellent and he knew what he was doing- what a relief.

Stephen gave us an accurate estimate once he disassembled the back of the set. He diagnosed the failed circuit board, gave us a price to replace the board, then returned with a new circuit board 2 days later. Once reassembled, the television worked just like it once had prior to it "shutting down." We were very pleased with the speed, quality and prompt timing of Stephen's work.

Back in December 2011 when we purchased a 2nd home in Naples Florida, we needed someone to get all our TV's hung and tied into Comcast.  She arranged with a provider that she would call him to do all the work when we came back to the house in February.  When we got back to Naples we called this provider over and over and no one answered our frequent messages on his voicemail for days.  I searched Angies List and found Stephen Kaszanek of Electronic Services in Naples.  I called him and told us what we wanted to do.  He came to our house and discussed with us what we wanted to do.  He said that we needed a licensed electrician to moved electric outlets to properly install the lanai TV.   When that was done he came back ON TIME with an assistant and was at the house for a few hours installing the TV's and activating our digital cable boxes with Comcast.  He made sure that everything was working before he left.  I forget what the $$ charge was but it was the same as we had agreed to the first time he came--which was a reasonable amount.  I thought about writing a Angies List Report at that time complimenting Steve for his professioalism, but got sidetracked.  I am writing this report now because this month we had a problem with the TV in the living room (that he didn't install) and the Lanai set wasn't working right.  My wife called Steve-- he came right at the agreed-upon time.  He diagnosed the living room TV problem (Comcast had installed an analog box on an HD TV) and fixed the Lanai set (loose cable connections).  My wife asked him for the $$ charge and he said-- "no charge"  she said "are you sure" and he said "yes".  He could have charged and he didn't.  Steve will always be our first call for TV repairs and we recommend him to Angies List members.

They came out on the same day that i called even though it was a Saturday. We felt that they had a reasonable price for the work.

My HDTV was not working right. Most technicians wanted over $50. for an estimate. Stephen came over & told me it needed a major component replaced. Asked for small deposit against part's cost & when it came he called me to schedule the repair. I am now enjoying my TV, thanks to Stephen from Electronic Services and Angie's List.
