Electrical Service
It went bad. I had an apt he forgot. It was a very cold winter day and my new tenants needed heat. He lied about the power co and what they said to him. I was on the phone for 3 hours with the power co. They told me they never told him they would be there to put on the power. I was there form 11:30 am until 9:30 pm just waiting. The thermostat that he charged me for did not work. I had to hire someone else to come out to fix what he broke and pay another $155.00. He did send me $50.00 after my husband told him that he charged to much, but he did not repay me for the thermostat I still have the bad one which he could have picked up and returned.
