Description of Work: Came in on time with a "can do attitude". Had suggestions and recommendations. Eco cleaner leaves carpet 100% dry with no opportunity for mold to grow like a traditional water cleaning. No hoses out the front door. |Amazingly clean, with a freshness that was not an applied "phony" smell.

 + -1 moreThe provider quoted me a very decent price for "dry carpet cleaning" over the phone. He explained the $125 minimum. I have a very small apartment, but he thought I will "probably make the minimum" in square footage. I had a coupon too, which made what he said to be a very reasonable price. He came over a few days later, measured some things, and like magic, even with the coupon, the $125 (or around) quote I had turned into $350. I didn't have him perform services, but I had to call the guy back to make sure I never receive any mailers or anything from them. No bait and switch here! I sent him packing back to Naples and called the guy I had been using for years. These guys think you are desperate enough to pay $200 more than the service is worth.
Description of Work: Measured the carpet, quoted a ridiculous price, got the heck out.

 + -1 moreHe mismeasured a room, which I pointed out and he corrected, along with the price. The cleaning/sealing was good. But he left residue behind and should have swept it up. I had to do it.

Description of Work: Had our carpets, 4900 sq feet cleaned....they have a dry, organic, Eco friendly method that smells like almost nothing, and it removed all of the stains that we had. Punctual, professional and friendly service.

 + 0 moreThe owners of Dry Green Carpet cleaning, take a personal interest in their services.They are prompt and reasonably priced.Excellent quality.
Description of Work: Dry Green is an Eco-Green Cleaning service in SW Florida. We have used them in the past to clean our carpets with their totally water free cleaning. This prevents the pad from getting wet and eventually creating mold or mildew. The Carpets were dry immediately when the project was finished. Because we trust their service, product and professionalism, we recently had Dry Green also clean a beautiful sofa that has been in the family for over 25 years. Again - No soaking of the fabric. It is lightly sprayed and the dirt (lots of it) was sucked OUT of the fabric rather than being pushed into it. We were concerned about any possible shrinkage or puckering. No problem with this method. We highly recommend Dry Green's Eco-friendly, family and pet friendly products and services.
