They were wonderful and easy to work with them. I would highly recommend them. I would hire them. They were great. They did their best. They were excellent.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are the worst company I have ever worked with. I hired this company to pick up my household goods from Pack Rat storage facility in Tamp Bay after they failed to meet the delivery of my goods as they said they would do. I spoke with Aaron the Sales Manager and advised they could pick my goods at 10am for $1,500 and deliver them in a 26' truck after I informed him that I had 2 pods that were 16' each, total of 32'. He assured me they could fit everything in. I knew if they could that would be a miracle and he advised me if they couldn't, they would send another truck to pick up the reaming items. His crew did not show until later in the day so my wife and I left to Cape Coral to where our house was. The drivers did not arrive until late in the day and they were great. I was told the amount to pay was $2400, not $1500. I asked Aaron and another company employee this will not exceed $1500 and they kept telling me it wouldn't. Lies number 2! After talking with one of the owners I advised to listen to the phone calls where I am asking them over and over the price is $1500. He said if that was the case they would honor the price quoted. Lie number 3. They never listened to the call and Aaron said he would send me the calls as I asked since he said he had nothing to hide. Lie number 4. Calls never sent. I asked when my other items would be delivered, he said the next day. Live number 5. I advise you need the keys to open the doors to the pod. He said they would be there the next day. Lie number 6. They weren't picked until 2 days later. He had a Father and son both who could not speak English and could not understand a word I was saying or played dumb. Either way they were good workers. Almost all my furniture was damaged during the move and he said since I had insurance on my goods he had a guy he works with that does great work on restoration of damaged furniture. Lie number7. He refused to honor the verbal agreement at every level. Everything out of his mouth was a lie. Every email or text communication he never said the same things that he did on the phone to cover the lies he told me. They will say and do whatever they want and assure you they will do their best to resolve all problems and have the customer walk away happy. I am retired military and been through many moves in my long career and never been lied to or taken advantaged of ever. I always believe in treating your customers with respect and stand by your word. Both of which this company does not believe in! I'm sure they will post a rebuttal and lie again!

Sherman and Mack were an amazing to relief to my husband and I during our move. I highly recommend using them for any moving needs.

Communication: 5 Stars. during each stage of the process I was able to coordinate with different members of their team including the office manager, owner, and drivers. Correspondence was super versatile over text messages, email, and phone. They check in with you after the job is complete to make sure everything went well. Pricing: 5 Stars. Very affordable and reasonable costs. I had checked out 4 other moving companies and all of their rates were hilariously overpriced in comparison. Some companies gave me quotes without actually visiting the property which means I didn't get an accurate estimate. Eagle Eye Movers check out your property in person to give accurate rates. Service: 5 stars. Aaron the office manager volunteered to come visit when they were shorthanded. The staff were willing to meet with me at my property, even after hours. The movers Edgar and Jaime were pleasant and professional. They wasted no time and finished their work quickly without damaging anything. Overall: Highly recommended. It is clear that they care about their work and their clients. A very big thank you to the team at Eagle Eye Movers: Pablo, Aaron, Edgar, and Jaime.

They will not respond to our many calls They have the mirror for 3 months and will not tell us if they will repair and deliver. They constantly tell us a different story.

Showed up late with not big enough truck! I had to make several additional trips between houses. Charged more than agreed upon. Damaged furniture!!! After I submitted the previous review an Eagle Eye representative contacted me within hours. Next day a Furniture repair technician (Steve Nagy) came to my house and repaired the damaged dresser. Overall I am happy with the result. Not responsive after complaint.

The movers spent almost 3 hours taking apart a treadmill. I was at my new home for a couple of hours and came back and they were watching youtube to figure it out. At 150.00/hour this is ridiculous and not acceptable. The owner Pablo knew about the treadmill and said it was no problem. They took 11.5 hours for a job that previously took 5.5 hours. My neighbors told me that in 3 hours they only had a couple of items on the truck and they wanted me to know because they believe they were purposely taking their time. They left many items at the old house including shelving for an expensive buffet and desk along with lamps and other items that were left in the bedrooms. It took me 2 trips with an SUV to get all the items that were left. They broke the pull on a jewelry armoire and also took off pulls for a cabinet that are missing along with the guides for shelving on my desk. One of the movers had to come back to put together the treadmill and said he put them in his pocket and would drop off. Two weeks later, I still don't have them. The owner claims to back his company but all he does is make excuses. I have called several times and they are working on it and last few times he said he would call right back and no return call. Save yourself the headache and hire a professional company. These people are not.

The move went extremely well. Matt & Kent were friendly and very professional. They divided the necessary work to get the packing and moving done in one day. There were a couple of glitches (e.g., the wardrobe boxes were missing). They kept me informed of these glitches and worked to resolve the issues. They did a great job. My only recommendation is that the office confirm the appointment a few days in advance rather than day before for appointments made few weeks in advance.

I used eagle eye movers twice at this point, and I have to say Pablo is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever dealt with. Yes, there were some hiccups, but this company definitely went above to fix any quirks. Justin takes a lot of pride in what he does and went above and beyond what is required. Both Nate and Justin worked long hours to make this move happen and it’s very much appreciated. Angel was great in our first move to the storage unit as well. One thing I would suggest though based on two moves is to see get a full move quote vs an hourly quote, because I do think any company (definitely not singling this one out because they have been one of the best moving companies I’ve dealt with) on an hourly rate may try to push for more hours... that being said you want to be reasonable, because if you want too few hours it may hinder the best care of the furniture .. and that is one thing Justin is really good at ... making sure furniture gets delivered with care.

Everything went better than i could have imagined. Pablo and his team are so careful and proffesional! I have used them twice now and each time i am even more pleased than the last! I would recommend these guys to everyone (and I do)!

Couldn’t have gone any smoother. Pablo and Vernon actually showed up earlier than scheduled and were extremely careful with everything they touched. It was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had in my life. It’d be a mistake not to hire Eagle Eye movers, regardless of how much stuff you have to move.

Perfectly. The packing crew was fast and professional. The truck was nice. The owners delivered and unpacked everything. Despite the distance (Naples to Wisconsin) delivery was punctual with updates along the way. What a nice team. Everything in pristine condition.
