Super quick response. Price is by the space you use in the junk truck. They go by 1/4 sections and since they load it all up and take it away, I felt the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

I needed a POD unloaded and the contents brought to our home in Naples, Florida. A three man crew met me in Fort Myers, on time, and proceeded to unload and reload in a very efficient manner. The three fellows were good guys and we had good and fun conversations. I practically spent the day with them and feel that I made three new friends. They placed everything properly and cleaned up fastidiously. I highly recommend this company and especially the three men who did the work. As I say , I feel like I made three new friends. I do not like moving but this day was actually enjoyable.

Quality of work is great, communications poor (at least with the Cape Coral mgmt team). Movers were great, however, I recommend you get an estimate with services promised and cost in writing in addition to an in-person assessment if it is a large job. My scenario: I requested an estimate for an estate removal (whole house) for a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1425 sq ft home to be done in 1 day because I had cleaners scheduled for following day. I was told that a 1/2 truck would cost $500 and a full truck $1000. We scheduled the day, but the team never showed up. They rallied and said they would do it the next day, They showed up, filled the truck, and proceeded to tell me they couldnâ  t fit it all in one truck but they got most of the large items. To their credit, they only charged me $850.00 for it due to the missed appt. I rescheduled them to come back and get the rest, they showed up, filled the truck, and then charged me $1575 for this load. When I asked why I was told it was a larger truck, however there were no conversations about different sized trucks at different costs. After a couple more conversations they refunded me with $200, but the ultimate cost was still $2,225 for a job that shouldnâ  t have been more than 2K based on original estimate. They mean well, do a good job, but could be better organized and communicate services/costs better.

I hired Eagle Eye Movers to move a 100+ year-old grandfather clock and other items from Michigan to Florida. The clock (a treasured family heirloom) has some delicate parts that cannot be replaced. Eagle Eye built a custom crate and padded the clock inside it. The clock arrived in perfect condition a few days later. The whole process was easy. The office staff and employees were very communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for local and long-distance moves.

The two workers (Nathan and Thomas) did a very solid job in removing the destroyed pool cage in approximately 2 1/2 hours - much faster than what I expected. I was very happy how fast they showed up and the price was reasonable!! Thanks for good service!! Ekkehard Grampp.

Eagle Eye Helped my Father In-Law Move his entire 3 Bedroom 2 bath home within Cape Coral Florida. These guys went above and beyond. Not only was everything taken care of with extreme caution, the guys moved fast and were very courteous to be around. Side Note: He had a gym with over 10,000 pounds of weights, which I thought would take 2-3 days to get moved over... Eagle Eye Did It in 10 Hours. Thank You Eagle Eye Movers.

Two different teams helped us move. They were courteous and friendly. They did a great job.

I had a large wood with a lot of glass cabinet that I had them come pack and load for me and they wrapped all the glass shelves, took off the doors, and took great care so that this cabinet made it from Florida all the way to Michigan with absolutely no damage. They do a very good job and I think them

I hired Eagle Eye Movers to move the contents of my storage unit to another storage facility. They provided prompt efficient service at a reasonable price. It made changing storage facilities worth the expense.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are the worst company I have ever worked with. I hired this company to pick up my household goods from Pack Rat storage facility in Tamp Bay after they failed to meet the the delivery of my goods as they said they would do. I spoke with Aaron the Sales Manager and advised they could pick my goods at 10am for $1,500 and deliver them in a 26 square ft truck after I informed him that I had 2 pods that were 16 ft long each, total of 32 feet. He assured me they could fit everything in. I knew if they could that would be a miracle and he advised me if they could not, they would send another truck to pick up the remaining items at no cost. His crew did not show until later in the day so my wife and I left to cape coral to where our house was. The drivers did not arrive until late in the day and they were great. I was told the the amount to pay was $2400, not $1500. I asked Aaron and another company employee this will not exceed $1500 and they kept telling me it would not. Lies number 2! After talking with one of the owners I advised to listen to the phone calls where I am asking them over and over the price is $1500. He said if that was the case they would honor the price quoted. Lie number 3. They never listened to the call and Aaron said he would send me the calls as I asked since he said he had nothing to hide. Lie number 4. Calls never sent. I asked when my other items would be delivered, he said the next day. Lie number 6. I advise you need the keys to open the doors to the pod. He said they would be there the next day. Lie number 7. They were not picked until 2 days later. He had a Father and son both who could not speak English and could not understand a word I was saying or played dumb. Either way they were good workers. Almost all my furniture was damaged during the move and he said since I had insurance on my goods he had a guy he works with that does great work on restoration of damaged furniture. I have an antique table that was damaged and the glass top was damaged. Lie number 8. He refused to honor the verbal agreement at every level. Everything out of his mouth was a lie. Every email or text communication he never said the same things that he did on the phone to cover the lies he told me. They will say and do what ever they want and assure you they will do their best to resolve all problems and have the customer walk away happy. I am retired military and been through many moves in my long career and never been lied to or taken advantaged of ever. I always believe in treating your customers with respect and stand by your word. Both of which this company does not believe in! I am sure they will post a rebuttal and lie again!

Charles , Will and Steve movers from Eagle Eye Movers were professional, organized and pleasant.  They did a great job taking care of our stuff ad getting it where it needed to go. I would have preferred that they took more care tobput boxes labeled fragile on top of boxes labeled books.

Jaime Chacon removed a number of very heavy and large items. They were difficult to get into the elevator, but Jaime stuck with it and found a solution. It was a pleasure having him on the job. I would hire him again any time.

I highly recommend this moving company. I initially contacted another company from the internet for my move. Their communication, contact, and other processes were lousy, to put it bluntly. I contacted Trend and they responded right away. Reasonable prices, and the terms of the contract were clearly spelled out. They provided a firm date for the move in the time frame I needed. They showed up promptly and the crew was friendly and moved all my possessions safely and professionally.

Communication: 5 Stars. during each stage of the process I was able to coordinate with different members of their team including the office manager, owner, and drivers. Correspondence was super versatile over text messages, email, and phone. They check in with you after the job is complete to make sure everything went well. Pricing: 5 Stars. Very affordable and reasonable costs. I had checked out 4 other moving companies and all of their rates were hilariously overpriced in comparison. Some companies gave me quotes without actually visiting the property which means I didn't get an accurate estimate. Eagle Eye Movers check out your property in person to give accurate rates. Service: 5 stars. Aaron the office manager volunteered to come visit when they were shorthanded. The staff were willing to meet with me at my property, even after hours. The movers Edgar and Jaime were pleasant and professional. They wasted no time and finished their work quickly without damaging anything. Overall: Highly recommended.
