Called on Aug13, Tuesday left message. Called me back about 2 hours later said they could be out on Thursday Aug 15th between 10a-12pm. Called me on Aug 15th Truck broke down will be out following day . The did arrive on Friday 8-16 around 2pm tech was professional everything working well. Was a little put off with the not showing up on Thursday and running late on Friday however things do happen I would Use them again.

They arrived exactly on time and were very knowledgable. Took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. Very courteous and professional. Will definately use them again.

I was impressed. The work was done as promised. The man who did the work (Tony) was very helpful. I was a little disappointed I was not able to get additional work completed while I was there, but not a major issue. Overall, they did a nice job.

The technician showed up right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was completed without incident and he did a great job of educating me on taking care of the system in the future. My listed cost includes the 1/2 gal of enzymes to and quot;rechargeand quot; the tanks bacteria.
It had been several years since we had the tank serviced and we were a bit concerned that there could be issues. In all honesty, an unscrupulous technician could have indicated we had issues and we would have been at their mercy (or lack of). The tech, Daniel, immediately put our concerns to rest and indicated approval of our ongoing pro-active measures. He showed me some ideas for future maintenance and honestly discussed the pros and cons of the suggestions. The overall experience was just outstanding.
It is always a pleasure to do business with an honest, quality provider and Eand F certainly fits in that category.

Very good service. Technician came out within a couple of hours from the time I called - within the time frame given. He was very courteous, and removed the septic tank lid without creating a large mess. He cleaned up after himself and left the yard in good condition. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to others.

On Labor day morning, our septic tank was backflowing into our bathtub and toilet. We called around town to get a few quotes. E and F Septic Tank had the lowest quote. Their regular day price was $250 compared to $325 of some other septic tank service companies. Their holiday price was $75 dollars extra compared to $100 extra of competitors. They arrived on time, one and half hours after we called them. The worker was polite, courteous and thorough.
