I contacted Dustin Frost through the link on his website, and he responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours. He worked with us to set up a day/time for our photo session. Dustin came to our house to do holiday photos with our 7-month-old twins and was very professional throughout the time he was here. He set up all of his equipment in our living room, and moved some of our furniture out of the way to use the christmas tree as a nice photo backdrop. The fact that he came to our house meant that our 7 month old twins were very comfortable and we have several photos of them smiling and laughing. That would not have been the case had we had to take them to a studio for the photos since babies get nervous in new places. Dustin was extremely good working with our babies, and even had a squeaky owl that attached around his camera lens to make them smile, laugh, and look at the camera. He got several nice shots of them smiling, and 7 months is a very difficult age to do that.
The online gallery and ordering system could not be easier. We were able to send the link to the gallery to all our family and friends to see all the photos online. We were able to purchase photos and even create a photo holiday card right on the website. Everything we ordered was shipped to us within a week. The online gallery and ordering system meant that anyone else in our family who wanted to order photos could do so on their own, without needing us as an intermediary.
Overall, we were extrmely happy with Dustin's work. He was excellent with the babies and worked hard to make sure we had quality photos.

For my son's 7th birthday we had 10 little boys over to do ice carving and play in the snow (it was just after the big snow storm). I wanted to watch and play with the boys and not worry about taking pictures (which are poor quality to boot). Dustin arrived early and got set up to take regular portraits for later with family and then spent the day outside with the boys. Then came in and took pictures for cake and presents. Finally he took some family "portrait" shots which we could have used a backdrop for. The quality of the images is top notch and he got plenty of action and "staged" shots. He was here well over 4 hours. He provided me with a disc of images and I gave the website out for people from the party that wanted shots of their kids. Excellent quality of work and work ethic. I would definitely use his service again.
