Dreamworks Kitchen & Bath is proud to say that we have been designing, supplying, and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets and residential renovations for over 20 years. Michael Park and his team will work directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, architects and interior designers to create unforgettable cabinetry designs. Our creative design staff is among the most experienced and talented in the Southwest Florida area. Picture perfect!! Finished product is beautiful. Very talented group that Michael Park at Dreamworks has assembled--highly recommend. Quartz counter tops, solid hard cherry wood custom doors with pre-finished birch interior cabinets, soft close cabinetry doors, drawers with soft close glides, new tile floor, and lighting. Tall, deep cabinet boxes provide ample storage with under cabinet lighting and lighting added to glass showcase cabinet. Two spice pull outs flank the oven/stove for easy access while cooking. Hidden kitchen outlets--yes, they are there--15 under cabinet outlets that don't disrupt the subway tile backsplash! Michael Park and team were easy to work with, answering questions along our remodel path, quick to respond to questions or concerns that we had. .

The entire process was accomplished in a workmanlike manner by skilled and personable workers within a reasonable time frame. The Owner of the Business is very detailed and was attentive to our needs and tastes. He ( personally ) took us to various vendors so that we could select products to suit us and that we were ultimately thrilled with. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience for us.

Mike and all his people were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike gave us many options and selections to choose from. We meet him at his showroom which was very impressive. He went with us to choose all our selections and made sure we didn't make conflicting color choices. At our age we really needed the help.
Once work began, they had everything lined up one after the other. Everything seemed to go seamlessly. Everyone cleaned up everyday and made sure to tell us what not to touch and what they did that day. Mike did a great job stopping by everyday to make sure things were going smooth.
They were done sooner than expected which was nice. They even sent in a professional cleaner to clean the whole house after they were done, a very nice touch.
We could not be happier with the quality, speed and professionalism that Dreamworks displayed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

"The scope of work kept changing on what was to be done. It was hard to finalize a quote when every time we spoke things changed. It did take me over a month to complete the quote. A lot of what was wanted done had to be verified with my plumber and the building department to see if it could be done according to code."

We finished a project of a similar size amount about 8 yrs ago. We were so pleased with the result and the ease of working with DreamWorks, that we would not think of remodeling with anyone else. This project, which was similar in size and scope, was completed in January of 2016. Michael also coordinated very well with our equally talented designer and spacial planner, Sean Moore Designs(Sean Moore owner). Michael Parks, owner of DreamWorks, preformed all General Contracting duties such as obtaining permits & blueprints, coordinating with our design firm, obtaining quality subcontractors, coordinating with condo management, etc. His firm also provided a great crew for gutting, framework, and finish work. The work was completed on time, and under budget. Michael Park is a delightful, talented, honest contractor whos communication skills are fabulous. He never presented problems-only alternate solutions. He worked with us, professionally, supplying photos, videos and dialog, via email and phone when we could not be onsite during the process. His upbeat personality is a rare plus in his profession. We were very blessed to work with this firm, not once, but twice! The results were fabulous, and the experience was delightful.

"Ouch ! No work was preformed for this customer. I was contacted in Jan of 2015 for a quote and a 3D design of a kitchen and bathroom. I was very prompt at looking at the condo and within a week had given a design. After 2 months the client emailed me and wanted a different design. I worked up a second design along with a proposal. I have not been contacted by this client since then until this review. I’m sorry, I don’t know what else to say. I provided everything I was asked for and only had one appointment. No missed appointments or delays as indicated. I'm sorry you felt I did not follow up. I guess I should have continued to call ?"

I recently completed a remodel that spanned 95% of our home and included six months of planning and exectuion. From start to finish I found Michael Park to be honest, innovative and a skilled craftsman.
He is a hands on contractor with a wonderful in house staff. Together they are organized, conscientious, and respectful of your space and resources. Michael also surrounds himeself with good subs. And he has a designer who is available under separate contract. Together they lift the burden of of small and large design decisions from the home owner.
Working with Michael was one of my best construction experiences. He?s good at what he does, he does the job right and he?s a good human being. I?d work with him again.

He is always so great to collaborate with. We used a modern flat panel door with some aluminum doors and great accents. Quartz counter tops and some custom designs. Love this house !!! I would highly recommend Michael Park and Dreamworks for your remodeling needs.
I selected Dreamworks to remodel an 1800sf condo located on the 2nd floor. The remodel was extensive and took almost 3 months to complete. The remodel included demolition of all flooring, bathrooms, walls, and kitchen. The project scope included new tile flooring on all floor surfaces including stairways and landings. Bathtubs and shower stalls were demolished and moved to new locations requiring extensive plumbing work. Electrical/lighting boxes and locations had to be moved to new locations to incorporate the new design. All water supply lines were removed and changed to new standards. The kitchen was gutted completely to make room for new cabinets, island, appliances, sinks, and plumbing.
Michael at Dreamworks is the Contact person and the Project Manager. I found him to be responsive to my telephone calls, and very professional. The employee's of Dreamworks were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
I highly recommend Dreamworks. This is a Contractor that you can trust to be honest and fair.

Michael (the owner) was very professional. We already had 2 other quotes but they did not break anything down. Dreamworks broke everything down and explained everything. After that is made it really easy who to trust. One company didn't even want to come back once we asked for everything Dreamworks provided to us. The other company just didn't include what Dreamworks has included for the price.
From the beginning they were very clean. They used plastic and covered everything to keep the dust off. The workers were so nice and great to work with. They cleaned at the end of every day and even took out our garbage for us. Michael was there a lot to make sure everything ran smooth. He meet with the inspectors and handled all of the sub contractors.
When they were finished and touching up the paint, they went around our house and touched up any holes or dings they could find. We love our new kitchen. I really didn't think it would turn out this nice. It's too bad I can't post any pictures. All of our friends love what we have done.
I highly recommend Dreamworks Kitchen and Bath. They are very good contractors. We plan on having them back to remodel our bathrooms next.

He is a superb cabinet maker with a keen eye for design and color. When a cabinet needed adjustment he was easy to get a hold of and came immediately to fix the issue. He is a gentleman, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend him to other for custom made cabinets.

"I loved doing this kitchen. Very current style. We used a rift cut white oak with the grain running vertical. (would have looked great horizontal too) Quartz counter tops with lots of extra features. The Murphy bed looks so good in the room with the matching book cases on each end. They wanted a custom desk to fit their needs. I love the color they choose. It really matches their Tommy Bahama furniture. This entire project was done while they were out of town and they were so easy to work with."

Not only is Michael an experienced contractor that does an excellent job, he is a pastor. Not the stodgy kind of pastor, but the fun kind of pastor. From the beginning he was honest, comfortable to discuss my many, many changes with. If he said he would do something, it happened or he would call and let me know what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend Dreamworks for any job that he is qualified for. He remodeled my kitchen and guest bath. We are now making plans to remodel our master bath. We wouldn't hire anyone but Michael.

From the beginning, not well. He wanted 50% up front which seemed odd, as the materials weren't extensive for the job. We were told there were many inspections and they were costly and that he would be present for each inspection. Also that expensive cooling system had to be. Paid for by him upfront. Neither were true. I waited for every inspection, not him. And there were 5 or 6. So he didn't hold up his end of agreement, I even went to town with one form and filed and paid to facilitate the job. He actually told me that you had to pat $50 for an appointment time for an inspection. It was too expensive, so I waited home all day instead. Seems like a $20,000 job had room in it to pay for a scheduled appointment and that he should have been present GeForce each of them. Other than one day spent sheet rocking, he was never there other than to drop in on his way home to do an hour or so of work. One of his subcontractors didn't want to come back as he hadn't been paid. The whole job was sloppily mismanaged and we felt like The only time he showed up promptly is when he wanted a check. I would NOT recommend him and would recommend Top Solutions from the Naples area. Top solutions was prompt, efficient, more cost effective and all workers were pleasant to have in my home. This company should NOT be supported by Angie's List

"I'm shocked ! I thought the project turned out great ! Beautiful new wine room. It was a difficult project to do as the home owners would travel at the last minute quite often. Scheduling was a challenge but with that, I think we still completed it in good time. 50% deposit is the norm for small projects here in Naples. My contract called for draws as work was complete. The homeowner did not want to pay until the end yet signed a contract agreeing to those terms. Notice of Commencements are required for the home owner to file here in Collier county. As far as the inspections, the home owner offered to be there for the inspections, had she not I would have been more than willing to be there. We must have had a misunderstanding about that. And to schedule an inspection time is $75 for each occurrence, this was not bid into the job but offered. All subcontractors have been paid, non of my subs have ever complained about payment from me. If they were not paid they would have filed a notice to owner. I sincerely did my best to make this project go as smoothly as possible. I will continue to work on communication as I see that things were not as clear as I thought on this project."

We called several companies who promised us the world but did not follow through with creditable references and the quality we were looking for. Most of them were high pressure salesmen. Michael Park with Dreamworks kitchen and bath came and gave us several options. He took the time to explain and educate us on the whole process. He came back several times and was very patient with us. All of his references gave him the highest compliments possible, so we decided to go with them.
From start to finish Michael Park (the owner) and his crew conducted themselves with professionalism. Always cleaning before they left and keeping our house free from obstacles. During the construction they continued to give us options and solve problems that were hidden within our walls. Not once did he raise his price, even though he preformed several extras for us. They addressed all of our concerns and even helped hang our old cabinets in our garage.
