Perfect, so far. A great plus: We now have soft water and no more purchases of salt to add to the well system, salt is not required for the system Dave installed. Only a monthly filter change is required.

Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Also tested our water and made recommendations. I will definitely be using DP again! Great and fast service at a great price. THANK YOU!

I called DP water treatment and Dave answered (it was a Saturday...who works on Saturday?). I described my issue and he promised to be there in an hour or so. About 1 1/2 later, I see their truck parked in my driveway and find a man already checking things out. It was Dave. He diagnosed the problem as the pressure switch (replaced that sucker about 6 months ago)..quickly replaced it. The cost was very reasonable and fair. He was personable...professional and knowledgeable. I was/am very happy with his work and will call him again if/when my pump system acts up. I highly recommend him for your well pump needs....

Only company to answer phone on holiday. Showed up promptly and gave me a few options to help get water back working. Work was finished that day and have not had a problem since. Workers were very professional. Clean and neat installation. Would highly recommend. Is now providing my monthly water service

Initially, I wasn't sure why we had no water. I saw a fault signal on our expensive sub-drive well water pressure panel and feared our well pump had failed. Our whole house R-O water system was completely shut down and we were without water for over 18 hours. Let me note that before we found DP Water Treatment on Angie's List I had tried to get our existing water treatment company (their name starts with a "K") to help us. I'm talking mid afternoon the day before. All I could get from them was phone support because they focused on the wrong issue. They didn't think our well pump had failed. By the way, I'll never do business with them again. Within 20 minutes of my early morning call to DP David and John arrived ready to get us back to normal. They found our well pump had indeed failed and worked to get it out of the ground to see what was wrong. Apparently, lightning had hit it and the pump got so hot that it deformed the plastic pipes it was connected to. It had to be totally replaced. We went over some options that they came up with because the pump was very large for a residence and quite expensive. Yikes, all the options were expensive so we decided to replace it with the same size. The other options required other modifications to wiring, etc. They left our home to pick up a new 3-HP pump and I later learned that they also took care of another customer who had no running water as well. That was fine because it was pouring rain while they were gone anyway. About and hour and a half later they came back and began installing the new pump. Within 2 hours it was completely installed and they got the system up and running again. We had gone a full day without water and were relieved to be up and running. The 500 gallon holding tank was beginning to refill again. David graciously volunteered to come back to our home later that afternoon after the R-O had produced water to test everything and ensure we were okay. When he returned we found that the pump in the bottom of our holding tank had come loose and wasn't even attached to the system anymore. It had apparently overheated as well. He worked for about 45 minutes to get that working again. We would have been without water several more hours had he not come back to check on things. DP is a small business with lots of experience. I'm so glad we found them. They were friendly, polite professional and, most importantly, very capable. I'd recommend them to anyone needing well service or water treatment solutions.

We turned to Angie?s List because we have been let down in the past by others that we?ve enlisted/hired for various home repairs/well water issues, and been left completely unsure of their trustworthiness after the service calls were completed.

He came out the same day we called and fixed the problem right away. Called me with the problem got my ok for the repairs and repaired it. We've used him since we moved in to our house about two years ago and have had to even call on Saturday. He provides a great service and we recommend him to anyone who has water system issues.

We bought a new home and prior to had it inspected by a professional home inspector to the tune of $450., including a wind mitigation report.
When DP Water Treatment was working under the sink, they told us that the hot water valve to the dish washer was never turned on.   My wife was wondering why the dishes were coming out dirty.
DP Water Treatment is honest and trust worthy.

Dave was very responsive to my questions and started work promptly. Completed job very fast. We now have sparkling crystal clear well water.

Inspected well to determine what was needed to supply water to house. Then gave a quick estimate of cost for new pump and pipe, which was in line with what I had expected it to cost. Then Dave and his partner Dave 2 quickly installed new pipe / pump and had water in 1 hour from the time they started the work! Thank you for the prompt and GREAT service!

Our well system is fairly old and I knew that as soon as I started looking to have it serviced there would be problems.  DP Water Treatment was the first company to come out to give me a quote on what we needed.  They arrived on time and were professional.  I received a quote for a new water softener (our existing softener was non functional) and some other minor items that needed to be updated on the well.  When they left they accidentally left the pump unplugged and when I plugged it back in we still were not able to get water.  They actually came back out that night, 8pm-ish, and restored the water by repriming the pump and did not charge us.  Our well did not have the ability to reprime itself and in the morning we lost water again.  They were able to come back out that day and take care of everything.  I really appreciate their fast service.  We are loving having clear, not smelly water.  Services much appreciated.  I did get another quote in between theirs and having them complete the services and prices seemed inline or lower.

My family and I went on vacation and when we arrived we found that the water in the house was not working at all. One call to DP Water treatment was all I needed. He arrived and fixed the issue within an hour of being home. It was truly amazing. He instructed me that most of the system was fine and just a few things needed to be replaced. Good service from good people. I would not call anyone else!

I just wished I would have called DP Saturday when our water went out. We called another previously used company, and without mentioning names, let me be "Crystal Clear", do not use those idiots from ft myers.

Very sweet guy!! Showed up on time, explained everything as he went and my options. I chose the complete R/O system for my house, I checked the going price, he beat it and he completed the job.

I woke up to a PVC pipe leak going into one of my well water/softener pumps. I called he answered immediately and said he would be there with in two hours. He showed up on time and provided a courtesy call 5 minutes before arriving. He fixed the pipe quickly with no additional problems. He was friendly, did a great job, and has a fair price for service calls. (Half the price and better work then golden gate well drilling.) He wasn't a product pusher...he did the work, I paid and he was on his merry way! So happy I reached out to another provider. Will definitely be using this company in the future. I highly recommend them.

David diagnosed the problem as the pressure switch. This saved me from
unnecessarily putting in a new pump. He also rearranged some of the pipes
and equipment to create a neat appearance and make things easy to access
in the future. Very friendly and agreeable. He arrived promptly and his charges
were very reasonable too.

I initially called David because I was purchasing a new home and he was the existing service provider from the past owners. He came out for no charge to do a thorough inspection and recommended that we replace a loud pump and a malfunctioning pressure tank. His pricing was very fair and his labor charges were fair and minimal. He was able to do all the work within an hour or two. He also cleaned out my aerator tank, which had been sitting unused for quite some time, and replaced another small failing part which he only charged $10 for. Everything has worked perfectly for the last few months. 
David also offers very affordable monthly services to inspect and clean the system and add softener salt, etc.

I called and he came promptly. Diagnosed the problem as being the carbon filter needed servicing. He advised replacing it with a newer model that would self backflush. He also advised adding an ozone generator to sanitize the water. Later that day he returned and had all the work done in a couple hours. I've used two other water companies but none compare to David Price.

Prompt service (within hours after calling). Diagnosed the problem and replaced the timer after contacting me with a detailed explanation. Suggested other preventive maintenance without trying to sell me something. After a few months the system still works fine. I did not have to sit and wait at the location.
