Excellent, better than expended. I would like to recommend Jerry Breshin to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in southwest Florida. Jerry did an outstanding job in selling my mother's home in Ft. Myers. We are six children in the family and Jerry had to work with all of us to conduct the transaction. This included discussing prices, obtaining signatures and working the buyer. I strongly recommend Jerry to be your realtor.
