Done-Rite Cooling & Heating

If you can get past the gruff, rude father, they do a decent job. Quite frankly, I couldn't. Too many other options in town to be grumbled at. Initially I thought he had a bad day but I had two other interactions and neither were better.

I have used Done-rite for the past few years for all of my ac regular servicing and have never had any issues until yesterday. All of a sudden, my AC stopped cooling and I needed emergency service. I called Done-rite and Kevin was at my home within 30 minutes. He was honest, identified exactly what was wrong, and quickly replaced the parts that were causing the issue. My AC is working perfectly again and I really appreciate the attentiveness and care taken. Kevin and his father are the best and so reliable; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Done-rite to anyone. They replaced our main air conditioning coil on April 2, 2018, and less than 3 months later, (June 29, 2018) our air conditioner was not running and the installation was faulty on the coil and the freon leaked out. They were not willing to fit us in to their service schedule for 6-7 days when we originally called because we did not live there, and our Homewatch person was concerned our house would start and get moldy, so we contacted an alternate company who came out right away and added freon and told us that most reputable companies stand behind their labor for 1 year and make their customers a priority in desperate times..IT ENDED UP COSTING AN EXTRA $581...DONE RITE does not stand behind their labor as other companies do and take care of their customers

Technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He did a thorough maintenance call on our AC, looking at both our inside unit and our exterior condenser. He also answered our questions and gave us some helpful tips on upkeep and things to watch for when trouble-shooting. Our thermostat was original issue. The technician gave us a good deal on a basic, but updated replacement. We were very satisfied with the services provided by Done-Rite! Thank you.

Excellent. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Kevin was prompt and extremely professional. He found a loose bolt rattling around the blower and pulled everything out and tightened it all up. While he was there, I asked for a spring tune-up which he did promptly as well. A/C is back up running and I would hire them again anytime.

Done-Rite was able to replace the motor on our AC/heater airhandler the same day we contacted them. Very courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced. They were able to honor our Rheem warranty for parts, and their labor charge was 40% LESS than that quoted by the HVAC company that the unit was purchased through. I would recommend Done-Rite for anyone needing the services they provide.
