I called Dolphin AC to check the system and give me a price for a brand new unit. Dolphin came Tuesday morning and confirmed that the compressor had failed. The unit was 14 years old. Dolphin quoted $4,300.00 for a Bryant 16 seer 3 ton AC unit installed (including a crane to lift the unit to the roof of the 3 story building).
Chris and Mike came first thing on Wednesday morning and removed the old unit and installed a brand new AC unit. We had cool air by 2pm on Wednesday.
