"This report was just filed by a new Angie's List member, but it was from some work that our records show was done in June 2007. The total charges were $357.00, so the customer was just a bit mistaken, due to the 3 years time it had been. I called and talked with this Angie's list member to let him know that we had no idea he was displeased with the price of our service, and asked him what it would take to make him satisfied, as that is our policy. He was very nice, but he insisted that there was nothing we could do for him. Angie's list customers should know that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will always do what it takes to make our customers happy. We are an Accredited Business by the Better Business Bureau with an "A" rating, and will always do what it takes to maintain that rating. We regret that we cannot do something for this customer, especially since when he called us out due to his air conditioner not working, he told us that he thought the unit needed to be replaced, but we were able to get it up and running for only $357.00! That's a lot less expensive than replacing his unit, so if we were out to take advantage of him, that would have been the way to do it."
