Delta Cleaning Services

The owner or whoever organizes the schedule was rude & knew little about customer service. The work was OK - not excellent - but good enough that I was going to try them again. I ended up only using them the one time when they did not show for the next appointment. I have spread the work among my contacts as well. Bad PR & now word-of-mouth marketing for the company.

We have used Delta Cleaning Service for years at our Naples home and are very pleased.  They show up on time, they do what they say and we have never had any troubles with breakage or theft like we did with other firms we had used prior.
All their staff speak English which is helpful when we change our regular cleaning routine.
The staff and owner are always receptive to what we want and we are always happy with the results.

It has been a very good experience.

It all started out well she was sending three girls as time went on I was only getting two girls and many of the things I wanted  were ignored.  When I asked about the sliding glass doors she argued with me at firmly stated '''she did not do doors and it was a man's job to do the doors.  I was given two hours and what ever they did had to be done in that two hours.  With that said  we terminated doinf business.

They came out and saw me first; which was good. The technician felt she got a feeling for what I wanted and sent me enough girls to do the job; so that was good. They did a fairly good job and I will call them again.  

I like the fact that they will inspect a unit after a rental. Our rental is out of state and it certainly helps to have somebody see it before rental and then after rental. Their price varies and depends on whether they are a deep cleaning with inspection or just a regular cleaning. I don't really have any comparison on prices. I haven't had any complaints on their quality.

I just purchased a small condo in the Naples/Bonita Springs area and I am a property manager in central ohio. Knowing the value of Angies List, I joined last month to help me find service providers for my condo to get it ready to rent. After reading the reviews on Delta Property on Feb 16 I sent a e-mail to Delta stating I was interested in their services. Deb Harrison sent me three options from $75.00 to $225.00 I called her on the phone on the 17th an agreed to the cleaning. I told her I did not know the condition of the property. She told me she would send pictures also. I recievd a e-mail bill for $75.00 from Delta Property on 2/24/11 on promptly send a check in which they cashed. I planned to list the condo with a local realty firm, and they went and looked at the condo last week on 3/20--the condo has been vacant since the cleaning, no one has entered except the cleaning crew, locksmith in early feb, and the realtor. I quote from the email I received to the realtor (who was the next person in since Delta cleaning) " I took a look at the condo. I am not sure who you may have had clean it, it is definetly dirty. The bathroom is very dirty, and there is even old perishable food in the fridge" I told Deb Harrison I wanted any perishable food thrown out and the condo cleaned to rent out. I was not rude, demanding, or anything like that. I contatced her 5 days ago and asked for a refund, guess what? No response!! I will know try another cleaning company listed on Angies List

They respond properly and show up on the designated day. Since I am out of town, I don't know how well the quality of the work is.

Finally I have someone who I will unconditionally recommend. Deb runs an extremely professional cleaning and house/condo inspection company which impresses me so much that I am taking time to enter this recommendation. When I first contacted her she sent me a document which outlined the scope of the cleaning services she provides. She then promptly followed up with a visit, presented herself very professionally, described the sophisticated method she has for maintaining the security of the keys, outlined the security checks she does on her employees and finally how she personally checks on the quality of the work which was done. I was so impressed with her cleaning work (I would characterize the cleaning standard she uses as "top quality hotel" - even the toilet paper was decoratively folded!) that I also hired her to do routine inspections of my condos during the off season. She has been a resource to me when I needed to find a plumber and was very responsive one day when I accidentally locked myself out. She maintains regular contact via email and leaves me feeling re-assured about my properties. She's a gem.
