Horribly because we had to begin legal action against Dehart. Dehart would write threatening letters to us that we had broken a FIVE YEAR contract that I had NO IDEA that I was signing for!!! Nobody brought this to my attention and I just assumed monthly payments, like our previous company, or yearly, like everybody else. And if it is for longer than one year, contractors ALWAYS bring this to my attention, but Dehart NEVER brought this to my attention. After I called the president many many times, he never once returned my phone calls. I wanted to tell him from my side of the story what had gone wrong at the house, yet he met with the technician who serviced our house and only spoke to him. This technician lied completely about the situation and I even had in writing my serious phone call with this technician. Then I found out this technician no longer works for Dehart!! We never got our money back and I had to pay mega bucks to fix it with several other companies.
