To start with, when I talked to the company and explained needing a new AC unit they knew just what to put in, as well as installing a new Humidistat and digital thermostat. The two young men that showed up were very efficient, thorough and worked well with each other as well as me.

We were away and our condo watchman told us our HVAC system wasn't working. Called Day & Night and they sent a technician out the next day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. The company checked to see if the part was covered under warranty (it wasn't ) . However, the part was replaced within an hour and things were back to normal. I've used this company for 5 years and they don't disappoint. They are honest, fair and trustworthy. They are the only HVAC company I use in Naples.

Luis C. Ramos owner gave me the bid and his installer was excellent. What made him excellent? On time, told us what he's doing, tidy and did a safe install around the fire sprinkler. He said the old handler wasn't wired correctly ( how did that pass inspection?!).
 Job was completed in the window given.  I was really hoping our new Trane ( we have in Mi.) would be much quieter than the noise maker it replaced.   It's so quiet, I didn't realize it was on! 
 Also they set up the inspection date, I didn't have to call the county & N! Passed inspection.  Also D & N has a courteous office staff.  We'll switch to them for our bi yearly maintenance.  Our TRANE 16 is Energy Star, only way to go!   It was a win win experience.
 

It's newly installed. I'll have to wait and see how things work.

The service technician arrived on time an went straight to work. Removed the blower from the air handler and hooked up the vacuum. Removed all the vent cover and cleaned them. Brushed and sanitized all the vents. They cleaned up after themselves. Day and night gave their pricing over the phone. This company also installed my new air handler a couple years ago and I have a service contract with them. I have always found them upfront and professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Their technicians are trained and competent.

I have dealt with other A/C providers. Most where trying to sell me added equipment from added filters, UV lights, etc. Day and Night explained the need for certain additions and maintained a attitude that made me feel that what they requested was in y best interests and not some sale item.

They were efficient. They were good. They explained a lot of things. They were excellent. The price was excellent. I would rate them highly. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They even came out on a Sunday. It was the first time we had used them. We would use them again in the future. We signed a contract for a service on our A/C once every 6 months.

They arrived on time and on the day specified. They worked diligently until the job was completed. The company representative then scheduled a time for the electric company to come out and inspect the unit to make sure we qualified for the rebate offered. A circuit breaker had to be changed as per the inspector and that was done with no problem. All in all, I was very pleased with this company and do not hesitate to refer them to others.

I have used them for years, they are a good company. They installed a new heater element. I'm in the home maintence business and I reccomend them. Their standard is good. I have never had a problem, they are nice and clean. They are totally reliable.

They did a very professional job and cleaned up as if they were never there. We also felt they answered our questions perfectly and were very punctual.
