Jim was very responsive for any and all issues. We are thrilled by the results and are using them for another project in 2014. Great , nice people with which to work.

Jim was very professional and had a very nice showroom.   I looked forward to doing a project with him.  He called promptly when he promised and showed up at my home on time for our appointment.  I stressed that there was to be a tight budget for the redo and was open to suggestions from him on how best to maximize what we could do on a limited budget.  He seemed to lose interest when I stressed that I was not willing to spend a great deal on this project.  

I had to chase him down for the estimate and the price was unreasonable for the amount of work to be done.  He knew it too and never followed up after e-mailing me his estimate.  I went with another company and even increased the scope of the project to include refaced cabinets and the price was still less than his quote.  I have redone 2 kitchens previous in the last 5 years and am very much aware of what is a reasonable price.  I was disappointed I could not work with him as I prefer to do business with local companies.

The service was great, they did a great job for me.  The coordination between them and their contractors, and with scheduling was great.  I almost always expect there to be some sort of problem with a project this big.  There were absolutely no major problems.
