They were very helpful in choosing the right color and material to match our floor and natural- stone, back splash. they brought samples to our house on three different occasions. Once the material arrived, they completed the job as scheduled. Recommend highly.

The husband-and-wife owners, Jose and Blanca, were always professional, punctual, and responsive. I had a few special details and a waterfall edge, and the finished installation is flawless. Because I served as my own general contractor and carpenter on my project, I needed someone who would work with me and be patient as I did my work in preparation for their eventual installation. I met them once at their fabrication shop to look over the templates and a triple-check a few dimensions, and they were so kind and patient!

I also have to compliment Ismael, who did the initial templating and installation. He was a thorough professional who obviously took pride in his work and precision.

Blanca and Jose from Countertop Solutions are the BEST ! We recently rehabbed a 12 year old condo in Pelican Marsh, Naples FL. Our realtors, Mike and Anna Bryant (also great) gave us their name for granite finishing and installation. Blanca came to our condo, determined what we needed then took us to 2 vendors-one that was going out of business and offered us an unbelievable deal on a unique piece of honed granite we never thought we could afford. The other vendor was for the marble. 
  Countertop Solutions then did a great job of finishing the granite and marble with the custom edges we selected and installed it professionally and on time. Their workmen were also nice, friendly and professional.
  Now-the true test of a business. Shortly after the marble countertop was installed in the master bathroom my wife noticed it had developed a crack and was showing some unusual staining. This was NOT anything caused by the installation but rather some hidden flaw, fissure or imperfection in the marble itself.
  When we called Blanca and informed her of the situation she promptly sent one of the original installers to our home to check it out. He confirmed there was a serious issue with it and had Jose (Blanca's husband and partner) over for "First Aid" to the countertop. We were hoping for an easy fix-that the crack could be repaired with minimum effort for all of us. Jose tried all his magic fixes but we all agreed the result was not acceptable. He then said they would remove the flawed piece. This replacement marble countertop cost was absorbed by them. Having been a small businessman (professional photographer) I know how a big cost like this can impact a small business. We felt so bad and kept asking Jose if there was ANY other solution that would be less costly to him but he wanted it right and us to be 100% satisfied so a new piece of marble was the answer. The new top arrived and was installed promptly. It's perfect. We had our long time favorite plumber (Eddie Bock Plumbing) reinstall the faucets and plumbing. Blanca then gave us a check to cover the plumbing expense without question.
  Bottom line- we'd use Countertop Solutions again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly. In a town like Naples where there are a gazillion granite dealers it's nice to know there's one you can really trust. Thank you so much !

We couldn't be happier with either the fabrication or the installation, and the result looks terrific.

Blanca and Jose are wonderful to work with. I stopped by the shop to look for countertop material that would be suitable for my small guest bath update remodel. Jose took the time to show me what he had on hand that might do the job. I narrowed the selections down to three choices and asked for an estimate. Within the next day or two, I had an estimate by email from Blanca.
I revisited the shop to make my final decision, then asked Blanca to put the material on hold until my contractor was ready to commence work. Blanca was very friendly and professional and had no problem accomodating the request. I felt like Blanca and Jose really appreciated their customers and wanted to give excetional service.
When the time came for the countertop measure, Jose came to the house and prepared the template. After the cabinet was installed, Jose came back the next week and installed the quartz countertop, backsplash, sink, cut the faucet hole and windowsill. The job turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.
I would definitely ask for a quote from this company when considering work of this nature in the future. Blanca and Jose were wonderful to work with which took away much of the stress with remodeling.

The project went well. Was completed on time as promised and, while not the lowest price, the price was quite competitive and significantly cheaper than several other contractors.

Perfect product delivery. The team was very professional when measuring and creating the templates, delivery was on time. The quality of the work was excellent. The pricing was good compared to other quotes. We will go back to Jose and Bianca at Countertop Solutions for the outdoor kitchen and other bathrooms. We strongly recommend them.
