They are great actually. We have a cleaning/check up contract with them in Naples Florida. Whenever you want, you just schedule them. They come once a year. Costco is A plus; they are reasonable, their people are good and they are quite honest. I really like them. For price, we checked around and they were below anybody else, it's quite economical. They were on time and easy to schedule. There is nothing I would find at fault with them, I have been very impressed.
