I am not the type that usually writes reviews but I think this company is pretty unique. The reason being, we had a few companies in the past deceive us and this is the best ac company I have ever dealt with. J.D., the owner, is such an honest, hard working guy who truly stands by his word. He is also certified in mold testing and remediation. Gus has helped us on many occasions and is a great guy and very knowledgeable. The entire staff, from the owner to the manager, administration, & crew are wonderful. You can't go wrong. Don’t have enough good things to say about them.

They're very competitive. Excellent work.

They come twice a year. I have a contract with them. They are very comparable to everybody else on price. Excellent quality. I've been using them for 7 years. I only use companies that I can rely on and give me excellent service.

excellent, very thorough work, very knowledgeable and professional, answered all of our questions and concerns. we had an emergency and they helped us out with that. i would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

The next day service tech showed at time stated and a few hours later
he/they were finished. Cool Zone was professional and clean. I gave them
all five stars except for price which I gave them four. Simply because I
am not a shopper. To us the price was fair but the service was excellent.

They are fair, honest and when I have an issue, they are there right away.

It went TERRIBLE. I GIVE THIS PROVIDER AN F! He asked me if he could punch holes into my ductwork in the garage in order to measure the airflow. I said he could do it ONLY IF HE WOULD TAPE OVER E HOLES HE MADE SO I WOULDN'T BE BREATHING BAD AIR FROM MY GARAGE THAT THE HOLES WOULD BE BRINGING INTO MY AC SYSTEM. He told me that of course he would and I asked him at least twice more to tape up the holes. He acted like I was bothering him by reminding him to tape uo the holes and kept saying that of course he would do it. He came in my house and gave me a detailed description of what he thought my ductwork would need, and when he left I didn't check my air ducts in the garage until I noticed that I was having allergies again from breathing my AC system after just paying another company previously to take it apart and thoroughly clean it.....WELL.... IT TURNS OUT THAT THE COOL ZONE GUY NEVER BOTHERED TO TAPE UP THE HOLES HE PUNCHED IN MY DUCTS DESPITE THE MANY TIMES I REMINDED HIM AND MY AC SYSTEM HAD BEEN PULLING IN DIRTY AIR FROM THE GARAGE!! Imagine if he had done this to the ducts in my attic too.... I would never have seen it! THIS IS INEXCUSABLE AND RUINED THE CLEANING I ALREADY PAID FOR FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BY BRING DIRTY AIR INTO MY UNIT FROM THE HOLES HE PUNCHED IN IT IN THE GARAGE. BREATHING THE DIRTY GARAGE AIR HAS MADE ME SICK!
