Cory and Dennis are true professionals with the experience to back it. From the estimate to job completion they explained every step and always answered every question through the whole decision process. I got multiple quotes and confided in them to help me understand the reasons for the differences in the quotes. They never pushed or up sold the job and when I made my decision I was confident choosing Comfort Control. Through the install process I knew I made the right decision and when they left you would never know they were there. The choices in systems are overwhelming and Dennis did a great job educating me on each of the systems both pros and cons. He has been servicing our AC for 5 years and we would never consider calling another company. Where our neighbors have had to replace their units, even after regular servicing, we have never had to spend the $$$ because we have regular servicing with Corey. Don't hesitate to call. Best customer service I have received from a Heating and Air Conditioning company! I called many companies for quotes and to come look at my unit that was on the verge of breaking down. We were able to get the best price including installation from Comfort Control Air Conditioning Specialists. They were very professional and friendly from beginning to end. They installed the unit quickly and efficiently and we have saved so much money with our new air conditioning/heating unit. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and the best prices for their money. 

Our AC unit stopped working so I called our plumber who referred us to Comfort Control.  I called the owner (Dennis) and left a message.  He, surprisingly, called me back immediately.  Dennis came out the next day himself and found that our system, which was 13 years old, needed to be replaced.  Even with the New Years holiday Dennis scheduled the work to be done in a couple of days.  He showed up with his install crew on time on the day we had agreed on.  His price was reasonable and most importantly the system came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty.  Comfort Control is a small company that relies on referrals not high priced advertising.  I would highly recommend Comfort Control.

This was by far the best and most cost effective A/C replacement I've ever had performed. They were on time, diligent, and wasted no time getting to their work. Two years ago Comfort control A/C came out looked at my 22 year old system and got it back on its feet so I could prepare to have it replaced. They did such a good job with the inexpensive repair it lased longer than expected so I waited two years before having it replaced. This year they replaced both systems in my house a 4 ton and a 3 ton the systems went in flawless and have performed flawless every since the install 3 months ago. I will use them for future work and any needed additions to my current system or any future A/C needs I ever have.

Our A/C system which was about 12 years old quit working on a Sunday evening. We had called Comfort Control and Dennis was able to come out first thing Monday morning to determine that our system needed to be replaced.  His bid was almost a $1000 cheaper than another estimate we had received the same day from another company and he was able to do the install the next day where the other company was 3 days out. I could not have been happier with the price and service that we received. This is by far the most honest and professional contractor I have dealt with since my wife and I purchased our home here in Naples.  I would recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C services and in fact already have.

The service was great. Very competitive price. They are not on commission, other companies that try to sell you every option in the world.  They cleaned up after the job was complete.
