I think a kind of trap with Comcast is that you don't have too many other choices. I like when they do their specials. That's how I got into the phone and Internet. The thing I don't like is that almost every year, the bill goes up.

I had quite a few issues with them. Somebody was being nasty with me on the phone. She was telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about. I needed some things to be done with my television. I had my room mate call and she got me three months worth of free cable.
