Collier Pool Service Inc

We have been using Collier Pool Service for weekly pool maintenance since July 2013. They do a great job every week, and their service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The same tech services my pool every week, other than occasional vacations. When I did get a new tech about two months ago, a manager came out with him and made sure to introduce him to me so I would know there was a permanent change. It's the only change I've had in the 17 months we've been a customer.
My 10-year-old pool heat pump stopped working over the weekend, so I called and spoke to Rick this morning. In Florida, pool service companies can install heat pumps, but they cannot repair them. I had Rick give me an estimate for replacement, just in case I was unable to get my unit repaired. He gave me estimates for several options, and took the time to describe the differences between them. He is honest, sincere, and knowledgeable, and I was grateful for the extended time he took to answer all my questions.
I ended up being able to get the unit repaired this afternoon, but I know I will need to replace it in the next few years. I won't hesitate to call Rick to do the work when that time comes.

They were fantastic. All the services they offered were excellent. They do great work. The work was excellent and it was very, very timely. I have grandchildren visiting and they just came and did it right away. The price varies with the weekly service and the pool repair. So it was different prices but they were very reasonable. They were better than anyone around. I am using them now and they are great.

They are responsive to our inquiries and correspondence. They always leave a record of their service call each week. They have maintained the pool very much to our satisfaction throughout the years including repair to a leaky valve.

We have had other pool companies and it seems to be the best.
