John and his son pressure washed my 3000 square foot barrel tile roof, 500 square foot guest house, gutters, pool cage and lanai this morning.  They were here 2 1/2 hours and left everything spotless.  Collier County Pressure Cleaning has cleaned our roof for over 23 years.  I came to Angies List to get competitive bids and other suppliers bids were OUTRAGEOUS.  Two of them were over double the cost of Collier County Pressure Cleaning.  Other suppliers broke down every little thing and put a price to it.  John and his son gave me one VERY REASONABLE price for everything.  I do not like being nickeled and dimed.  Collier County Pressure Cleaning is honest, reliable and not prone to quote pricing based on your neighborhood or their "special" chemicals.  I learned my lesson, I do not need other quotes.
