Spoke with Chuck about scope of work and hired this contractor. Chuck was good about returning calls and texts until job was complete. Part of the job required the top of the outdoor unit to be removed. This required 14 screws and 3 wires to the motor removed, two workers on the job and the decision made was one to hold the assembly against the stucco wall finish and leave the wires connected, resulting in scratches and paint removal. It also appears the cover was heat with a torch that was in use. Numerous texts and messages left for Chuck to get ME a price on a new cover, NO RESPONSE That left me to find on my own, more money up and above price already paid!

Excellent!!! Chuck came out on a holiday and fixed our pool heater. In the past I have had this company come out and fix my A/C unit, my motorcoach A/C unit ..... when no one else would touch it, I am a Realtor in Naples and I have recommended CNS Mechanical for A/C installations for several of my real estate clients over the past several years!
